未到十二點就有服務員敲門並開門，説已經退房了，實際還沒退房！然後訂房的時候有個延遲退房到16:00，前台搞不清楚狀況 一直打電話詢問是什麼是哪裡的延遲退房，且很不耐煩。服務態度和服務質量太垃圾了。
