這是我第一次寫差評，總之極度不推薦該酒店，原因有三：
1. 酒店匯聚了所有另類收費特徵，停車每晚20元，住店客人要好評才可減免；延遲退房每小時收費20元，不滿一小時按1小時收取；每晚都額外收取100元按金，次日8pm才可退，請問持續收取的行為便利性何在？
2. 酒店聲稱23年開業，實際上遠遠不止，室內床單有破洞，沙發和椅子有陳年包漿，根本不敢坐，酒店所在的樓宇同樣長期得不到維護，一樓大堂甚至偶爾能聞到臭魚爛蝦味，電梯會晃，有安全隱患
3. 為了省事一直在平台上續住，已經連續住了四晚，我認為服務業規則之外尚且應該講人情，以方便住客為最佳，表現在續住酒店時為了省事直接訂了另一個房型，接受前台補差價，結果定了大床非得補雙床的差價，定了舒適房改成海景房早前説30，付款時又變成40，此等為了大床雙床牽扯不清的行為，直接導致多付14元取消費用（超過30分鐘退改就強行收取的費用，不可退）
總之，不推薦入住，海景很美，但是貴酒店配套設施服務都沒能跟上這片大海賦予的價值，實屬可惜

酒店位置很好，離霞湧熱鬧街區很近，配套齊全，附近沙灘小吃咖啡海鮮市場步行幾分鐘都可以到，且沙灘人不多，簡直不要太方便，房間很大很寬敞，雖公寓外觀牆體看起來有點舊，房間有些角落的牆紙有脱落，不過海邊的房子在所難免，瑕不掩瑜，訂的180°海景房風景很絕，躺床上就能看到日出，如果天氣再好點就更完美了，下次有機會再來住👻

算是公寓式酒店吧，不是我想象中的酒店
設施：房間內設施比較齊全，該有的都有，除了一間房花灑不好用，大水流噴射無法調，另一間房衞生間玻璃門一碰就掉了
服務：沒有找到前台，沒有找到招牌，電話客服，客服給了房間門鎖密碼進入的房間，電話微信聯繫都有迴應
衞生：不能要求太多，房間內還行，可以放心住，公區比較慘了
環境：位置很好，周邊吃東西方便，下樓就到海邊沙灘，拉開窗簾就看到大海

這次度假選的酒店太讓我驚喜了！尤其是海景房，推窗即見無垠大海，湛藍海水與金色沙灘相映成趣，每一刻都美到失語。房間佈置温馨，設施齊全且品質高，床品舒適得像睡在雲朵裏。服務也超貼心，從前台的熱情接待，到客房服務的及時響應，都無可挑剔。附近早餐種類豐富，新鮮又美味。下次來這邊，還住這兒！
