這個酒店屬於私有公寓託管中介出租形式，客服人很耐心，熱情介紹入住各種事項。酒店直麪大概，景色一流，睡到自然醒看大海發呆是一種享受，就是太靠海海風銹蝕，不過偶爾住住影響不大，有機會下次還來

太喜歡房間的景色了都不捨得走 房間寬敞明亮 躺在床上都可以看到海，13層的景色挺不錯。早餐另外加20，下樓就是海灘。裏面沒有毛巾，基本都是一次性用品。沒有房卡，密碼開鎖。有機會下次還來

地理位置可以，開窗面對大海。房間內部足夠大。就是衞生環境一點堪憂，可能海邊都是這樣。打掃衞生的阿姨下午3，4點就下班了，導致我們出門後沒得打掃。但就算是當天入住的時候，床鋪上也不夠乾淨，睡完之後癢癢的，而且房間裏面小蟲子也很多。我本人已經是皮膚不敏感的那種了，結果還是有癢的感覺。有沙發，沙發上面有煙頭燙出來的洞。房間有保險櫃，衣架給的很多。
浴巾和毛巾在攜程簡介裏面沒有説是一次性的，到哪裡進了房間才知道是一次性浴巾毛巾。一天就兩套，加多的話要錢。床底，桌子底下，櫃子附近不夠乾淨，會有垃圾殘留。房間裏配的紙巾也是雜牌子，擦起來有點粗糙。洗衣服的地方在三樓，就一個洗衣機，需要等着輪流洗。洗澡水壓還是夠大的。
最最最不好的地方就是第一天晚上過去時準備洗澡，結果突然斷電了，店家也衹是説跳閘，去修。我們住户收到了驚嚇。
入住需要交100按金，退房當天晚上八點退回。房間價格衹能説勉強過關，是當地的均價。整個入住體驗也衹有房間位置和房間大小算得上很好。其它衹能説勉強過關吧。希望店家能吧攜程上面的洗浴用品的浴巾毛巾加上一次性這三個字，然後如果有斷電的可能，請提前告知。
我是真人住户，不是刷評論的，真實評價。衹是想給入住的夥伴們參考。就這樣了，主要是感受深刻所以評價了。也不用説我是什麼窮鬼住不起好房間還在這bb，其它華住，錦江旗下的連鎖我也住過很多次，很多地方附近的民宿我也住過很多次，例如珠海，成都，重慶，衹能説這次讓我印象很深，第一次遇到有斷電的地方，還是在廣東這邊。然後入住用品和攜程官網不符也是第一次遇到。
就先説這些。優點缺點我都説了。

衞生非常乾淨住的也舒適，離海邊非常近一百米左右就到了，而且前台服務熱情，推薦高層拍照打卡不錯，房間空間也足夠大洗浴跟衞生間是分開的這個很不錯

房間夠大夠乾淨，非常適合親子出行，大浴缸孩子房間裏也能玩的開心，樓下就是沙灘非常方便，附近吃的也多。很開心滿意的體驗。海景陽台喝茶吹海風都非常舒服！

這是我第一次寫差評，總之極度不推薦該酒店，原因有三：
1. 酒店匯聚了所有另類收費特徵，停車每晚20元，住店客人要好評才可減免；延遲退房每小時收費20元，不滿一小時按1小時收取；每晚都額外收取100元按金，次日8pm才可退，請問持續收取的行為便利性何在？
2. 酒店聲稱23年開業，實際上遠遠不止，室內床單有破洞，沙發和椅子有陳年包漿，根本不敢坐，酒店所在的樓宇同樣長期得不到維護，一樓大堂甚至偶爾能聞到臭魚爛蝦味，電梯會晃，有安全隱患
3. 為了省事一直在平台上續住，已經連續住了四晚，我認為服務業規則之外尚且應該講人情，以方便住客為最佳，表現在續住酒店時為了省事直接訂了另一個房型，接受前台補差價，結果定了大床非得補雙床的差價，定了舒適房改成海景房早前説30，付款時又變成40，此等為了大床雙床牽扯不清的行為，直接導致多付14元取消費用（超過30分鐘退改就強行收取的費用，不可退）
總之，不推薦入住，海景很美，但是貴酒店配套設施服務都沒能跟上這片大海賦予的價值，實屬可惜

房間面積寬敞，衞生可以，開門見海，樓下就是沙灘，吃飯也方便。設施陳舊了些、手機信號差了點，但整體不影響入住。
