環境衞生，設施齊全，服務態度很好，需要什麼都會及時送到，很好的體驗，孩子玩的很開心，洗衣房也特別方便，衣服直接烘乾，節約了很多時間，房間裏喝的水準備了很多瓶，基本不用再出去買了

全季惠州紅花湖店，總體不錯，停車方便，地下室車位很多，
一樓來辦理入住，辦理入住也很方便，可以自助辦理，前台服務員很熱情，
入住房間乾淨，房間有智能小愛同學，可以控制房間的設備，房間挺大的。
第二天早餐預訂的是一份早餐的，然後前台看我們兩個人，贈送了一份給我們，哈哈哈，體貼， 早餐種類還挺多的，他們家的豆漿挺不錯的。總體來説這次入住還是挺滿意的，去西湖，紅花湖風景區也挺近。下次還來。

對全季的品牌有好感度，大晚上從高速堵車中途在惠州休息一晚。臨時定的，前台會關心我們什麼時候到店，也有配有小孩的牙刷拖鞋。一如既往的裝修和品質，就是枕頭有點軟了。自助早餐是全國一樣的嗎？味道真的好一般，可以改進下。

新酒店，所以設備都是比較新和乾淨，最欣賞有一個智能房間，叫一句就控制整個房間設備了。有點小驚喜，入住時，前台小姐姐還會細心排房，可能怕附近學區早上嘈到吧

1.因為有小朋友，所以想要訂雙床房拼在一起，這樣一家三口能睡的舒服些。在預訂前專門打電話諮詢，結果工作人員説床是固定的不能移動。（現實是可以移動的，兩床是可以拼在一起。）工作人員誤導了我們，導致現場想換雙床房也沒有房間了。
2.晚上十點洗澡的時候，五秒熱水十秒冷水，一直交替循環。問了朋友，幾乎每個房間都是這樣！
3.隔音，可能因為是瓷磚的原因，能清楚聽到樓上的腳步聲。朋友房間能聽到樓上浴室沖馬桶的聲音。
4.服務，前台服務一般，第二天需要環保袋，打電話等了半小時都沒送上來。一棟酒店，衹靠一個機器人送東西，沒有任何體驗感！
唯一的優勢是，酒店比較新

入住過程中有一點小插曲，但是酒店工作人員態度很好地解決了，結果也比較滿意。
📌位置&環境：在紅花湖、高榜山附近，交通便利，比西湖更清凈，個人比較喜歡。
🚙有地面和地下的停車場，直達酒店
🏠房間：套房大小還可以，主要是新裝修+小愛智能語音系統比較方便，電動窗簾，智能馬桶👌。
🥂設施：酒店有早餐、健身房和洗衣房，健身房衹有跑步機和單車😂有點雞肋。
洗衣房有洗衣機、烘乾機和熨燙，可以自助是免費的這個很贊～
總體來説這家全季還是不錯的👍
