衞生很差，熱水器都是臟的，隔音也特別差，半夜醒了好幾次，不是被樓上吵醒就是被隔壁的吵醒，離大馬路也近，很多大車的聲音，重點是居然第二天一早有個大叔敲我的門！！！還敲了兩次！！！一次可以理解為敲錯了，兩次都錯那就是有安全隱患了！！！

周圍有快餐店，整體來説是不錯的，就是洗澡一半沒熱水了可能熱水器温度開得不夠高，因為個頭夠大，用之前最好檢查一下，還有晚上九點之前有吶叭叫賣的聲音，中午也沒關。衞生空間空氣都滿意

農民房改的，衞生間太小，淋浴對着馬桶。所謂的早餐也很無語，一個不知名雜牌牛奶飲品，根本不是牛奶。一個小麪包，攜程上居然標註含早餐。

衞生堪憂，很多小蟲子，即使換了被單，還是會有。雖然提供早餐，但還是建議換成品牌的早餐，而不是一些雜牌。
