This Hilton Garden Inn was newly opened not long ago. The surrounding environment is pleasant, the decoration is high-end and youthful, and the hygiene is naturally needless to say. It still maintains Hilton's original service standards. Whether staying or dining, it makes people feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel is not only equipped with an indoor swimming pool, but also an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and a laundry room. The breakfast is fresh and rich in variety. It is very reassuring to bring the children to rest and stay here and let them play on their own! All departments of the hotel have a strong sense of service, and they are responsive to customer needs. The suggestions put forward can be taken seriously and solved in a timely manner. It's great. I travel all year round, and Hilton Group is my constant first priority. In addition to all the above recognitions, there is one most important thing. Living in their house is extremely cost-effective.

The hotel is very new and spacious. The room is big. I was upgraded to top floor with great views of the city. Bed was comfy. Room was stylish. Maid was very helpful in attending my requests. All staffs were friendly and attentive and responsive. Their breakfast buffet offered wide range of food. Good coffee. I would definitely come back when I visit Huizhou again.

Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.
