隔音效果差，樓下聊天聲音聽得清清楚楚時不時的還有車經過吵的睡不好，電視就是擺設更不要説網絡問題連**看起來都卡，服務態度差，客廳沒有空調沒有風扇，熱了衹有硬扛。根本不值得這價格，差評坑。
