Huize Hotel

There is a big difference from the Huize Hotel that I have stayed in before. The facilities and sanitation need to be improved. The carpets in the elevator are too dirty and the facilities in the room need to be further maintained!

The Chinese-style decoration is simple and elegant; the room is large and quiet; the mattress is of moderate hardness and is very comfortable to sleep on, and the quilt cover is also very comfortable. The pillow hardness is just right for me, so I slept very comfortably these seven nights. The waiter was too principled and felt indifferent. He didn't take the breakfast ticket and asked for the room card. The waiter's expression and tone were stiff and he asked me to get the breakfast ticket, which made me feel like he was trying to cheat me. On the last day to check out, I called the front desk. The phone call was extended for an hour, but was rejected bluntly and unceremoniously; on the weekend, the waiter came to clean the room, but she didn't see a bed of towels, so she stood at the door of the bathroom and asked me, "Where did the other towel go?" It was like stealing a towel. The key point is that even if I stole it, I was still there. But she found out that she had seen it wrong. In short, the hardware is good, but the service attitude is not good; there is a strong smell in the lobby, which can be smelled as soon as you enter. The overall price/performance ratio is okay. As for the service, it's just a county town after all, so it's actually pretty decent.

Because the hotel facilities are old and the door is heavy and difficult to open, when I checked in and swiped the card to open the door, I accidentally broke the card. The card was old, thin, and of poor quality. I was asked to pay 100 yuan in compensation. The front desk clerk said that this was Boss’s rules, boss, how much does your card cost? A negative review must be a negative review.

A very cost-effective hotel with a buffet breakfast. Dacaohai is beautiful. We stayed for two days in total. We took the elderly there with us. We were lucky. It didn’t rain when we went to Dacaohai, but it rained all the way back.

The quality of the front desk staff needs to be improved. Smiling service and warm reception are far from enough. Even if you want to extend your stay (the price difference between online renewal and front desk renewal), it seems very unfriendly to ask twice.

The room is big and clean! A very affordable hotel, I will choose to stay here next time.
