周邊環境，房間設施，前台服務態度都很不錯。之前住也很舒服。性價比還高。可是這次來住。。淋浴的花灑噴頭都是壞的。。衞生紙沒補。桌子上還有蟲子屍體。。。特別是房間裏面一大股黴味。就算下了一星期雨了也不至於有黴味啊。而且特別濃那種。。無法了

避暑住了21天，在度假區裏環境還是很好的，房間設施齊全，最喜歡有個小後院喝茶。
建議改進的把地毯換地板，不好清潔又顯臟，後門安裝紗窗門，透氣又擋蚊蟲。
特別表揚做清潔的小妹，認真負責又可親。
特別批評前台有個戴眼鏡女的，處事能力太差，如：酒店有人用麥克風唱歌、房間沒有wlfl她都説她也沒辦法處理，態度特別差，服務扣二分給她的。

服務態度極差，前台説早點時間是7:00到9:30，我9:00去餐廳，做早餐的廚師一臉不爽的在哪裡強調他們9:00就要收了，真的是大早上找氣受，體驗極差

價格實在，飯菜也好吃，就是床上用品有點老舊！不影響使用，還配了電熱毯！房間有空調，但是沒有窗户，晚上睡覺有點悶！

設施破壞得太嚴重了，最不能接受的是肉眼可見的床品未換，床單上還有污漬和頭髮。
