總體還行，正規酒店，規模相對較大，位置不錯，服務態度好，停車方便，早餐品種不算太少。
存在明顯問題：年代久遠，設施老化（床單有破損縫補，見圖四），衞生間排水差（存水嚴重），房間門鎖不能反鎖（外面拿卡能刷進），晚間用沙發椅子頂住才能安睡，雙床床頭衹有一個牀頭櫃和一個插座，地方小且充電極不方便。
特別提示：酒店提供的小袋裝茶葉，是收費，收費，收費的，重要事情提醒三遍，因跟免費水放在一起，取用時注意，別踩坑（沒注意被坑25元），介意慎取！！！

去龍泉大峽谷，發現民宿要麼破舊，要麼剛裝修，還貴得要命，果斷到縣城住宿，華隆特別棒👍🏻，價位親民，衞生乾淨，安靜豪華，沒有選錯，希望下來再來的朋友們果斷選擇，絕對不會後悔！

第二次入住華隆麗都了，這次是五一帶媳婦孩子來輝縣旅遊。剛到酒店前台，工作人員就熱情地遞上熱茶和毛巾，進來房間就送來了紅棗銀耳羹，入住期間遇到的工作人員都熱情而有禮貌，給人賓至如歸的感覺！以後再來輝縣還是首選華隆麗都！

來輝縣見客户，晚上喝的酒有點多，再加上當天二十來度的天氣，晚上感覺很燥熱，所以去打開空調，結果發現空調不能用。聯繫前台，工作人員跟我説這個季節整個酒店的空調都由總枱控制，總枱認為這個季節不冷不熱所以不支持客人自主打開空調使用。我問前台那客人感覺熱怎麼辦？前台讓我打開窗户來緩解。首先，我全國出差，去了不少城市，輝縣我也不是第一次來，也住過輝縣其他的酒店，但第一次聽説客户連使用空調的自由都沒有的，這個酒店在輝縣酒店的價位已經算較高的那一檔了，結果就是這種服務。並且，所謂的建議我打開窗户降温，可房間內的窗户非常小不説，為了防止意外，窗户還安了阻窗器，因此窗户衹能打開一點縫隙，所以開窗也沒用。前台説要給我送兩瓶水上來，我説我要的是空調，不是水，前台説她沒辦法解決，讓我理解一下，意識到解決無果，我掛了電話。白天我仔細觀察了房間，又發現多處破損的牆紙，發黑的地毯，老舊的吹風機，空調出風口也非常臟。用攜程數年，我第一次給差評，送給輝縣市華隆麗都酒店。

提前打電話預留了房間，辦理入住時，前台小姐姐服務熱情周到、細緻貼心，贈送了連續三天的早餐。房間很舒適很安靜很寬敞很明亮，早餐美味可口，種類豐富。
