胖胖的那個前台客服態度非常差老闆也是，我們女生入住兩天去街上逛街的，退房的時候説我們用了套套扣了錢，我們就説沒用過可以報警處理，不是錢的問題，前台態度太差了，和老闆説也不説清楚是女生住，就衹説客户説沒用而已，老闆就説不是由顧客説的算，真的太無語了，可以好好了解情況，但是態度真的太差了，我們強硬説可以報警，他們才説給我們退錢，然後也沒説一句抱歉給我們帶來一次不好得入住體驗。避雷

多次入住，為什麼能忍下來呢，因為本人嫌麻煩，去惠水都沒在找別的酒店，不是因為他們服務好！！！入住地板上散發屎臭味，房間不隔音，浴室裏麪廁所沖水蓋沒有爛的，洗澡的花灑掛不了全程手拿洗的。誰住誰知道，那個隔音，就是有個遮擋的牆而已，僅此！！停車位也是很水，不方便!!!最關鍵是條件差不説，服務那真的是一個差勁👎🏻，早晨退房，我要微信退還定金，非得給我現金，還説不聽那種！！一天的好心情就這樣被影響，真是糟糕一天，車子着了點劃傷，然後走在路上還違章了，真的！！來自多次入住體驗。就這還店大欺客！！再也不去了，哪怕沒地方住，我寧願蹲網吧，在車熬過去，都不願意再次入住了，真是糟糕

太吵了，窗外是大馬路，大晚上的樓上一直在搬東西，酒店房間的窗户還關不上，本來也是有事情急急忙忙才訂的，也懶得換累一天了，吹風機還是壞的，送上來倒是快，但是大晚上的電話也不打，都睡著了還直接來敲客户的門，吹風機拿走，一個酒店是有多缺吹風機啊，體驗感一點都不好

來惠水吃酒 隨便住的一家酒店 想着能吹空調 然而空調是壞的 房間裏放的一台暖器 沒什麼作用 熱水沒熱水 打電話問 讓開久一點 我都開了倆小時 還是沒熱水 越開水越小 住的酒店最差的一次 空調壞的 熱水沒有 大冬天 腳都沒得洗 就睡覺 早上都沒洗臉 就趕緊走 不值得推薦購買 不值得入住

廁所沒有紙不理解、牀頭櫃紙衹有一點點、不隔音、門還是壞的、睡到一半、門突然開了、白天沒有熱水、很涼、一直爬樓梯上下、除了第一次上樓是電梯、前台服務態度很差、按金自己忘記收、還用命令的口吻喊客人交錢、來住酒店不是看人臉色的、都不會再來這裏住了。電梯壞了都不和客人説、坐在大廳翹着腿就看着客人等、是打掃房間阿姨説了才知道電梯是壞的。

垃圾酒店，取消了訂單，沒有成功，櫃枱也沒有及時回覆提醒。在沒有入住的情況下，扣了錢，電話聯繫，各種理由，也不退回。，垃圾酒店！大家要注意！

惠水性價比很高的酒店，價格合適，衞生還可以，地理位置也OK 前台非常熱情，床很舒適。環境很不錯，主要是床夠大，挺舒服的。
