如此糟糕的商家，消費者得不到任何維權保障，平台衹負責下單卻不負責售後，在網上下的訂單，看不到實物，這家民宿地理位置較偏僻，路況也不好，吃飯購物都不方便，也沒停車場，衹能停在門口，來來往往的車很多，車被剮蹭了誰來負責，由於那天下雪開車進去路面很危險，當時，申請平台退款，客服種種藉口，説老闆不同意，不給退，又説衹能退一半，那麼請問平台，這屬於那種性質，強制性消費嗎，對消費者起不到售後保障，甚至得不到消費保障，還要平台做什麼？
