酒店在山上，住着還是很安靜，房間設施也是按照星級標準弄的，早餐沒有去吃不知道好不好，我們在餐廳點了餐，由於春節很多菜都沒有，味道嘛不算好吃也不難吃，分量有點少，前台的專業性需要加強，自己的疏忽導致後續的一些麻煩，以後儘量避免

衞生不好，地方偏，早餐説好的八點到九點，結結果八點十分去門還是關的，八點半才進去，進去早餐還沒準備好，飯種類少還不好。

因為地處山頂、背靠景區，停車方便，入住期間非常清靜，去周邊會議舊址也十分方便，主要問題一是餐飲完全沒跟上，如果少人或沒人用餐，酒店餐廳早九晚六運行，想在酒店吃飯挺不方便，更關鍵的是現階段沒有自助早餐，只有盒裝牛奶和袋裝麪包，酒店理應在預訂時提前告知客人，因為標註含早大家正常都會默認以為有自助或同等規格的單/雙人餐餐，來了直接説只有牛奶和麪包而不做補償、且還不是酒店自製的就小超市都能買到的普通幾塊錢價值的、且還是在大冬天的早上無法加熱，另外方圓幾公里都是山地無法用餐、酒店餐廳也是早上九點才開門、如果不想動車下山就吃個早餐真的太難了；二是酒店基礎設施有不足，進酒店大堂的坡道被花盆堵上衹能自提行李走樓梯，大堂非常大氣但沒有電梯也沒有上樓的坡道，大廳除了一位前台小姐姐沒有保安或服務人員，如果住二樓衹能自提行李爬樓；三是設施維護不太好，浴淋水小且調到合適温度需要一定時間、調好了也可能水温飄忽不定，另外浴房積水嚴重（入住當時還沒使用就已經有積水了，感覺很不好）還有房間門縫等透風地方比較多、掛機空調功率不夠制熱效果不太好，冬天山上夜間又很涼、户外温度低的情況下遠不能達到設定温度，有一天夜間睡到一半還停電了，如果沒發現沒重開空調的話怕是要被凍醒……還好前台小姐姐服務態度很好，服務盡心盡力，但現階段酒店整體投入不足，前台就這一個小姐姐、每天24小時還不換班，非常辛苦，希望酒店能儘快完善，新的一年越做越好！
