The hotel was nice. We were given a top floor room,it was really spacious, clean and had an amazing view!!Amenities and services just as advertised. The location was really convenient, lots of Chinese/foreign restaurants around. The hotel is right at the beach which is great (umbrellas and chairs were paid tho). The buffet breakfast was well organized, food selection was ok, nothing fancy. The hotel is a bit old and is lacking the feel of luxury but overall we were satisfied.

I stayed in a lovely room overlooking the ocean. Bedding was high quality and bed was very comfortable. I had an amazing night's rest. First night I saw a coackroach in the bathroom. There was a kettle and mugs with coffee and tea, but no teaspoons. Only half the pools at the hotsprings had water in, which was disappointing. Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of food.

We stayed in 2 hotels during our stay in Huizhou. I would say for families, children and teens this is a really great option (even though not cheap, for 1,500rmb per night). The hotel has great amenities like table tennis, billiards, KTV, gym, around 5 restaurants (Chinese, Cantonese and Thai), around 5 pools (some of which have slides for children, and an infinity pool near the beach), a beach with water sports and volleyball very close to the rooms, and a foam party for little ones The room we had had a sea view and 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a fridge. Downsides were our room which was on tower 4 was a little old and smelt of mould, and the beach is quite noisy, yet I’d say we slept comfortably. The manager Rahal was very kind and helpful. Most of the staff does not speak English but when we arrived a front desk staff added my WeChat so we could ask for anything we needed which was very helpful. The green curry at the Thai restaurant was very nice, and breakfast had a lot of options (western and Chinese), including cereals, fresh fruit, pan au chocolate, vegetables, eggs, noodle soup, fried rice, fried noodles, waffles with honey, amongst more. There are small drinks stalls next to the hotel at the beach (bubba tea and lemon tea), a small shop to buy beach clothes and instant noodles inside the hotel, Hagen Diaz and Chinese ice cream near the KTV cubicles, and vending machines around the hotel. In summary, there are many things available and we enjoyed a good time there. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed.

We spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the beach, with new and complete facilities. The front desk is attentive, enthusiastic, and proficient in business. They answer all questions in detail and sincerely, and are very polite and warm. The room is very clean, the floor service is also very good, polite and enthusiastic, the breakfast has a lot of varieties and tastes very good, and the stay is very comfortable and happy. I will definitely recommend it to my relatives and friends when they come in the future!

Nice hotel, very quite during working days and full on weekends. Coffee at breakfast so so. Skyswimpool is very nice. Room floors not clean, bed is soft and comfortable. Sea is cold in end of March. With open window can enjoy sound of the sea. Hotel share territory with hotel near by. They have hot spring and sauna.

Staying at the large, amazing 5-star resort hotel in Huidong, Huizhou was an unforgettable experience! Situated right beside the sea with a private beach, the location offers breathtaking views of the ocean. The resort itself is expansive, offering a plethora of room types, shops, and dining options, providing something for everyone. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of choices to suit every palate. Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic, and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious seaside getaway!

The room is very big, and the balcony is also very large. It is a real first-line sea view room, facing the sea. It is just a few steps downstairs to the beach. The service facilities are complete and parking is convenient. It is worth staying in this hotel first.

The view and location are great. We had a lovely sea view. The room was large and the beds reasonably comfortable with good new sheets. The towels were new and substantial. The large fridge was useful but the freezer was frozen up and unusable. On the negative side, the furniture looked tacky and the wooden flooring had weirdly shrunk (unseasoned wood?) leaving wide gaps. The bathroom was functional but worn and tired looking. The sink leaked when we arrived but it was fixed fairly quickly. The room was not cleeaned nor beds made every day. They only provided two small bottles of water once per booking. The apartment block is enormous and being a fine example of cheerless cold, brutalist functionalism, confusing as it all looks exactly the same. Re the beach. When we arrived it was packed and as the cleantel seem to like their trash artistically enhancing the beach and accomaning them as swimming buddies in the sea, was a bit icky until mid week when the vast numbers of beach artistes had left. Both the beach and the sea then became boringly clean and less entertaining. In summary, it's cheap and cheerless and handy for the beach. It short, a glorified no frills beach hut that served its purpose

After arriving, the hotel has its own parking space and a tram charging station. We arrived on the fifth day of the ***** New Year, and as soon as we arrived at the front desk, the boss gave us red envelopes. Who wouldn’t like such a generous boss who first won my favor with red envelopes? There is a coffee corner and a wishing tree at the front desk, as well as many snacks, all for free. The room is equipped with two large bottles of mineral water and two small bottles of mineral water. The refrigerator is also stocked with cold drinks and beer. (Can you believe these are all free?!) 4 surprises The hotel prepared fireworks for every room. In the evening, you can set off fireworks (fairy sticks + pearls all over the ground) directly on the beach. What’s even more surprising is that at 9:00 pm, there are magnified fireworks. There are so many details that make people feel at home. 5 shortcomings As a B&B, the first thing is that the transportation environment is not that convenient. After entering Xunliao Bay, it took about half an hour to drive to get there. The second is that the supporting facilities are relatively incomplete, and most of the fishermen living around there lack restaurants. The third is the hotel's own beach. Because it is close to fishermen's fishing boats, it has a strong fish smell. If you want to play in the sand and water, you may have to drive to the surrounding beaches.
