The hotel was nice. We were given a top floor room,it was really spacious, clean and had an amazing view!!Amenities and services just as advertised. The location was really convenient, lots of Chinese/foreign restaurants around. The hotel is right at the beach which is great (umbrellas and chairs were paid tho). The buffet breakfast was well organized, food selection was ok, nothing fancy. The hotel is a bit old and is lacking the feel of luxury but overall we were satisfied.

We spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!

The service was amazing! It was my birthday and the hotel upgraded our room free of charge and then served a cake to the room. I want to thank Mr. Lu from the reception desk for excellent service. We will come here again, because this is one of the best choice for family vacation.

The hotel is very suitable for family travel and bringing your own pets. There is a Central Park nearby. I took my children there to play during my stay. There is a big slide and you can also watch some animals. It happened that the weather was very good on the day of check-in, and every ticket was very good. It was really nice. The service was good, and it was very comfortable to take a bath on the balcony at night.

Traveling in the off-season, the price is good, the swimming pool and hot spring pool are very good, the staff are warm and thoughtful, and they are always on hand when calling a car. However, the overall decoration is old and there are no other places to play around. There are few places to eat. It is more suitable for a big family to rent a big one to play in the house. Pets allowed. The surrounding area is full of hot spring hotels with different names.

This was a good stay near the beach. The view of the courtyard and sea was nice. The toilet had some urine stains on the seat when when we got there but they sent someone to clean it within short order. The shower drain was a bit stinky and likely needs to be cleaned out. Overall the room was worth the price and the location cannot be beat.

It's so beautiful, the large 270-degree corner balcony is amazing! Luoxia and the seagulls fly together, and the sea water is the same. This beautiful scenery, plus the super cost-effective travel of the staggered peak, will not mind the old furniture at all, after all, it is not to see the furniture. The B&B manager is very nice and the service is good😊I rented a 3-bedroom, 4-bed apartment in the first phase of Honghai Bay, which can accommodate 6 people in a large suite on the 18th floor facing the sea. The view is as I expected, and the room has no smell and feels clean. Catering services are provided, and cooking is not allowed in the existing room; this room has not been rented out for a long time. The manager spent a lot of time checking the electricity, hall water pipes, TV, etc. The air-conditioning is split type, and there are two rooms. The double bed room has an air conditioner👌, but the living room is quite large and only one air outlet is not cool enough. The two single beds in the living room felt too hot for two friends! The five of us often sit in the living room during the day and all feel hot. This is the hardest part for us. The only thing I can explain to my friends is that the price of the house is affordable, so I ask them to negotiate the price first to calm down their feelings for me. Complaints about the bad things about renting this house! I rented it for 3 days and 2 nights. My friends complained every night because the living room was too hot🥴I felt sorry for myself🥹I will not rent this B&B again in the future!

The first time I came to Baipenzhu here, I saw this hotel on the Internet and tried it. Come to the hotel, the location is obvious, the hotel air is fresh and I feel very comfortable. Check-in is fast, and WeChat, butler service is added. The staff treat each other sincerely, the service attitude is good, and check out in seconds. When you enter the front desk and go up and down the stairs, there will be staff to greet you, and the waiters are very polite. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are well-equipped. I will come again next time.

It was very hard to find. I couldn’t find the hotel name on the Internet. I called them and asked them that they were on the first floor. I didn’t say which hotel name to check in. I saw the hotel name on the house number on the first floor.
