I come to Huizhou almost every few months, and this time I am the most satisfied with the hotel service. Although it rained for two days and I couldn't play, it didn't affect my mood at all because of such a perfect hotel. The little brother and sister at the front desk were very considerate. When they saw that I brought my child and got a free upgrade to a parent-child room, my child jumped up as soon as I opened the door. It was a big surprise. After staying there for one day, I bought the same model of children’s tent, sleeping bag, night light online...
The hotel's hygiene is very good, the facilities are new, the service is first-class, and it feels very friendly. The balcony can see the sea, the floor is moderate, and it is recommended with ten stars.

- the upkeep of the room isn't great, it has an old smoke smell to it and the kitchen and bathroom need a bit of maintenance.

The hotel was nice. We were given a top floor room,it was really spacious, clean and had an amazing view!!Amenities and services just as advertised. The location was really convenient, lots of Chinese/foreign restaurants around. The hotel is right at the beach which is great (umbrellas and chairs were paid tho). The buffet breakfast was well organized, food selection was ok, nothing fancy. The hotel is a bit old and is lacking the feel of luxury but overall we were satisfied.

When we checked in, Xiao Yuan at the front desk upgraded us to a higher-level room and added us on WeChat. If you have any questions, you can ask him directly. It is a very considerate service. There are many check-in slots at the entrance of the hotel. It is enough for you to spend the day while leisurely playing. The hotel With the mountains behind and the sea at its back, it’s a first-class vacation. It has two swimming pools that are great for swimming. The platinum beach is at the intersection. The dining room on the B3 floor has a sea view. The breakfast food is not bad. We had a pleasant holiday here and there was also a meal when we checked in. There was a fruit plate and a small gift when I left. I will definitely come back when I have time.

This time I booked a very affordable special villa. Maybe it's because of winter, there are very few people on the beach and there are very few people in the villa area. It's very quiet, and it's more comfortable to walk with the elderly in the community. The weather is neither hot nor cold. It's just that the street lights are a bit dim. I woke up in the morning and ran around the perimeter of the community. This is a newly developed villa area with fresh air, lush vegetation, and the surrounding environment is relatively primitive. 2. The beach is fine sand, relatively soft and clean. 3 The hotel room is in good condition and very clean. 4 My friend’s car was scratched when it was parked at the corner of the entrance to the villa. The housekeeper said that there is a parking lot more than 100 meters up and a reminder should be posted. It's a pity that the fireworks didn't go off. They weren't allowed to be set off in the community. Then they couldn't light up after they were put on the beach. Maybe it was because of the tide.

Proper greeting upon arrival and there was some help with luggage after asking and waiting. But help was slow.
Even though there was a big rainstorm, there weren’t any big leaks or run down hotel rainstorm issues.

The operator was always busy when I called but to their credit they did called back.
A 4 star hotel, with 2 star management/trainers which makes this a 3 star hotel. I think staff did try their best to respond, but upper management needs to pay attention before this becomes a 2 star hotel.

We went on cold windy days but it was still very fun. We got to do kayaking, play with fireworks, and enjoy the beach. When it comes to cleanliness i would say it’s a little bit dirty, the counters are bleached with some sort of black spots, the beach is also filled with black sticky substance that constantly sticks to your feet and doesn’t come off (possibly boat oil) however the beds and towels and all the other items are clean.
With breakfast comes Afternoon tea and we really enjoyed it! not a lot of options for vegetarians though. so i would suggest the hotel to add more vegetarian options.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Bushe Seaview Inn. The room looked exactly as the pictures and included a lot of wonderful features such as an amazing view of the sea, large jet tub, very comfortable bed, complimentary afternoon tea, and great service! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and warm and it was not as strict a process as at some of the more corporate hotels (for example, they only needed to see one passport of the guests rather than all of them and they did not photocopy or take a picture of it.)
A suggestion for the room would be to include a small refrigerator so guests can keep drinks/food cold and robes (because who doesn't love a robe on vacation?)
The inn is right on the beach, although the area isn't for swimming, and we enjoyed walking along the shore and looking for sea glass and hiking along the peninsula. A more swim-friendly area is within walking distance or a short car/bike ride. Lots of local seafood and convenience stores nearby.
Overall, would 100% book again!!

Seizing the tail of the summer vacation, I took my wife and daughter to Shuangyue Bay in Huidong for two days, because my daughter likes to play at the beach. I chose this seaside homestay with a good reputation on Ctrip and booked a room for two nights. I drove for more than 4 hours in Foshan to the destination. There was a parking space at the door of the homestay, which was quite convenient. The homestay is very close to the beach, just walk out. The housekeeper Miao sister received us very warmly and helped with the luggage and check-in. The room I got was different from the one I booked before. I looked at the order and found that I had booked the wrong room type. However, the housekeeper Miao sister arranged the room type I wanted the next day because a customer just checked out, which deserves a thumbs up! Although the weather was hot, the temperature of the sea water was a bit low, and there were not many people playing in the sea. We took advantage of the evening when there was not much sun to play in the sea, which also satisfied my daughter's wish. The breakfast of the homestay is relatively rich and tastes good. Because it is summer vacation and weekends, the room price is a bit expensive, but the price on weekdays is also quite affordable, suitable for families and couples to go to the sea for vacation.

TTom07There are not many Hotels which allow dogs! This is one, but there are many small restrictions. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or for breakfast. This is understandable on one side, but apart from a small kennel at the entrances there are no possibilities to accommodate the animals. With such a large hotel, you could easily set up a place for dogs outside where they can wait on a leash with some water and food.

GGuest UserBrand new hotel, with nice green gardens. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Direct access to the sea, even though it is not allowed to swim. The swimming pool is not so big, but not crowded, knowing that the biggest part is kept for kayak rental. The staff at the lobby and the restaurant is kind, but the lifeguards not so much. The breakfast buffet is good, with Western food, as well as the dinner. Unfortunately, no cocktail at the bars, no room service and very few choices of finger foods. The biggest downside are all the fireworks in front of the hotel, for several hours, even past midnight.

GGuest UserThe sea view was good, and the bed was very comfortable. The sheets were clean and they gave us a fridge, hairdryer, kettle and basic hotel articles.
However, their rooms didn’t have gowns, nor space to hang out clothes. The fridge was inside the wardrobe and took up storage space.
The toilet was very tiny and squashed up. It also didn’t have a brush to clean up after oneself.
The bathtub was big, but we had a problem keeping the water in. The knob kept popping up on its own. And when we let the water out, it flooded the floor instead of going straight to its own drain.
The TV interface was only in Chinese and it was difficult to find Free English movies. Some of the movies were translated into Chinese and not accommodating English viewers.
The breakfast was baaaad! They do not cater for foreigners. No scrambled eggs, just one choice of Almost English breakfast🙄. Our second breakfast didn’t even have coffee, and we had to hustle for cutlery.
But other than that, we enjoyed the swimming pool very much. The view from the UFO is to die for. Even the lower swimming pool was good.

Ssandy_zouWow ～ I love it so much. The blue sea and blue sky water and clear sand are young. This is the sea view hotel I want in my heart. Downstairs is the beach baby. I don't want to go. The store family is super good and gave me a lot of advice and help. The opposite island is Xiaoxing Mountain. I can't swim now. I must come back to experience snorkeling in the summer. Sitting on the platform at night, drinking a little wine, the sea breeze is so comfortable, this is really a good place to relax and relax, very nice. Ps: At night, a little mosquito remembers to bring mosquito repellent water, although the store also has, sunscreen during the day can not be less.

SShenzhenFoodieOn the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby.
However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway.
On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel inside is much older than on the pictures but it was fine. When we booked in, we were given a different room than what we requested and paid for, but after assistance from the online staff at trip. com it was rectified.
Two major concerns were the lack of variety in restaurants and the facts that there are only two elevators for a fully booked hotel of 32 floors... We had to wait very, very long every time we wanted to go up or down for the elevator to reach us, and even then could often not use it because it was too full.
The only western restaurant (Loop) about 750m from the hotel offered very expensive drinks and was open only from 12:00. Also, some days we could only order salad there.. 🤔
When we had a parcel sent to us at the hotel, it was for some obscure reason (couriers are not allowed to deliver there..?!), sent to a store 3km from the hotel, and we had to pay 90RMB for someone from the hotel to fetch it there.. 🤔🙄
The last thing that was strange, was the advertisement inside the hotel for a western restaurant, but it was nowhere to be found. Signs pointed in the direction of the basement in Building 1 but we could not find it anywhere, and when we asked around, people were just shaking their heads..

GGuest UserWe spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. Congratulations to all the Sheraton staff!
