It's quite new, the room size is quite large, and it's convenient to go to the beach. The attitude of the front desk staff is very good. I went there during May Day and it was pretty good. Parking is very convenient. There are also many places to eat nearby.

The hotel was nice. We were given a top floor room,it was really spacious, clean and had an amazing view!!Amenities and services just as advertised. The location was really convenient, lots of Chinese/foreign restaurants around. The hotel is right at the beach which is great (umbrellas and chairs were paid tho). The buffet breakfast was well organized, food selection was ok, nothing fancy. The hotel is a bit old and is lacking the feel of luxury but overall we were satisfied.

The view and location are great. We had a lovely sea view. The room was large and the beds reasonably comfortable with good new sheets. The towels were new and substantial. The large fridge was useful but the freezer was frozen up and unusable. On the negative side, the furniture looked tacky and the wooden flooring had weirdly shrunk (unseasoned wood?) leaving wide gaps. The bathroom was functional but worn and tired looking. The sink leaked when we arrived but it was fixed fairly quickly. The room was not cleeaned nor beds made every day. They only provided two small bottles of water once per booking. The apartment block is enormous and being a fine example of cheerless cold, brutalist functionalism, confusing as it all looks exactly the same. Re the beach. When we arrived it was packed and as the cleantel seem to like their trash artistically enhancing the beach and accomaning them as swimming buddies in the sea, was a bit icky until mid week when the vast numbers of beach artistes had left. Both the beach and the sea then became boringly clean and less entertaining. In summary, it's cheap and cheerless and handy for the beach. It short, a glorified no frills beach hut that served its purpose

The room faces the sea and has beautiful scenery. There is a balcony with 180° full sea view. Just downstairs is the beach, which is very convenient. The buffet breakfast is very rich, and you can bring a child under 1.2 meters for free, 1.2 to 1.4 meters is 58 yuan per person, and children over 1.4 meters are priced the same as adults.

The apartment is very new, even the wires on the kitchen appliances have not been removed, and the furniture is too complete, even a microwave oven, and the clothes drying racks are all electric. When I wake up in the morning and see the invincible sea view from the balcony, I feel instantly at ease and the price is very high. It should have just opened. The front desk during the day may have just been recruited. The business is not very skilled and the temper is a bit stubborn. The sister surnamed Fang, who I contacted the night before, was very patient and helped to bring up a whole set of tableware, even if the washing machine didn't work, she helped to fix it. It is definitely a priority to play here in the future.

The room you stayed in is in Country Garden Shili Yintan Guanshanhai Community. The room is well-equipped. Although the room is a bit old, it is quiet and tidy. The cleanliness of the floor is a bit lacking, maybe the last guest checked out late. The overall picture is consistent with the online pictures, and the price of tourist attractions is good for the price. It is very convenient to walk a few minutes away from the beach. There is a shopping market nearby, suitable for a family or friends to gather. Country Garden has done a good job in management and safety. I’ll admit I did not have high expectations so was very surprised to find myself in a large, modern, clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Suitable for families as there are lots of restaurants nearby but no bars - travelers who are looking to party only need to take a 10-15 min taxi ride to the next bay area though.

Unfortunately, nowhere did they write that there is no reception and that you need to contact the hotel representatives on WeChat, since this was our first time in China, this turned out to be new and difficult for us. The building itself looks very old and empty, everything in the room is also old, there was no stove, but we had no intention of cooking. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, the room is spacious and clean.

The room is very new and the health is very good. It is a surprise to live in such a hotel at this price. The price of the hourly room is absolutely perfect.
