Overall, it was decent, although my initial impression wasn't great; it felt a bit dated and crowded, probably because we hit the peak check-in/check-out time. The room itself was okay, and I slept well at night. The butler was very attentive. The toilet room door was a bit cramped and easy to bump into, and being on a high floor meant it was particularly windy. Breakfast was quite good, and the pool was also really nice; we had a fun time there. However, one incident left a bad taste in my mouth. In the morning, we encountered some photographers on the beach. I'm not sure if they were affiliated with the hotel, but they had very poor manners and kept pestering us. We eventually decided to take some photos, thinking we wanted them anyway, but that particular photographer was incredibly intrusive. The photo selection process turned into a very unpleasant argument. A group of people surrounded me, and all I did was tell him not to casually touch my phone, after which he started verbally abusing me, claiming I wouldn't know how to use it, and went on and on. It was my first time encountering someone so rude and lacking boundaries – truly unpleasant and it significantly detracted from the experience. I can't understand why a good hotel would employ such people. Thankfully, a kind young lady later came to comfort me, and I slowly calmed down. So, this trip ended up being a mix of happy, angry, and eventually happy emotions. I don't think I'll be returning next time.

I was quite hesitant to book after seeing so many negative reviews online, but it turned out to be much better than I expected! For just over 1000 [currency implied, e.g., RMB], we got breakfast and dinner buffets included for our family of three. The hotel's facilities are extensive and perfect for families with young children. Our little one spent the whole day just in the ball pit, not to mention the fantastic water park, which was a huge hit! The sea view room offered a superb view, and the room itself was good. The amenities provided were excellent and well-stocked. The buffet offered a good variety of ingredients, and while the taste was decent, it wasn't anything spectacular. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of thought into every detail. If I had to point out a drawback, the beach was quite unremarkable. Especially in the evenings, with fireworks and barbecues, the air was often filled with smoke, which wasn't the serene beach experience we were hoping for.

The hotel has a great environment, is clean and well-maintained, and Little Luo, the housekeeper, provides super attentive service; she responds promptly to any issues and is highly efficient; the overall experience is top-notch, and it deserves a five-star rating; I will definitely come back next time![ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp][ThumbsUp]

The room, amazing!! 👏👍 the hotel itself is beautiful but it's a shame that there is an unfinished side to the resort that isn't finished and it's not stated anywhere. The balcony view also very nice!! The staff recognized the need for English speaking and attended to this. Shame that there isn't really an adult area or adult pool . Breakfast a little below expectations for the price and also the quality of the food on show also not so good. Sharing tables also, not what is expected for this price.

My family stayed in the Terrace Sea View Suite and the Starry Sky Sea View Suite for three days and two nights. The design and layout of the room are really meticulous, and all the meals are delicious. The housekeeper Xiao Jiaren is also very nice. Among all the high-end beach hotels in Guangdong, this one is the one I am most satisfied with. The scenery is beautiful, the room facilities are good, the food is good, and the service staff are also very good. If I really have to pick a point that I am not satisfied with, it is that the wooden floor is a bit old, I hope it can be replaced. In addition, there is a small shabby house in front of the third villa on the beach, which is a bit of a sight, I hope it can be dealt with. I go to Shuangyue Bay every summer. I came to this hotel last year. This is my second time. I stayed for two days and was very satisfied with the room. The front desk guy helped me upgrade it. After checking out, Xiaobao went to the swimming pool to play in the water. Xiaoshi helped me apply for a late check-out. The experience was better than last year.

The room was very satisfactory. The balcony was super large and the sea view was unobstructed. The master suite on the 31st floor had a great view. What needs to be improved is the capacity of breakfast reception. There were more than 5 people on the table and it was dirty. The replenishment speed was not fast enough, so I didn't eat anything. There were only three elevators. It really took a long time to wait for an apartment hotel with more than 30 floors. The sand near the sea on the beach is black, and the sea water is also relatively dirty, with a lot of seaweed and garbage. Swimming in the infinity pool of the hotel is OK.

The front desk lady, Mei, was exceptionally helpful, not only swiftly processing our needs but also thoughtfully introducing us to the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. • Other Services: The hotel offers free parking and WiFi, as well as underground parking and charging stations, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Dining at the Hotel The hotel's restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, featuring fresh seafood and authentic local specialties. The breakfast is rich and balanced, providing ample energy for a day of exploring. Hotel Location The hotel is perfectly situated, with the ocean directly across the street and the beach just across the street, boasting soft sand and a beautiful coastline. Many attractions are nearby, including the Shuangyue Bay Observation Deck, Turtle Bay, and Lover's Causeway, making it very convenient for exploring. Hotel Cleanliness The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the disposable towels, which are changed after each guest, are a great touch. Common areas, such as the pool and corridors, are also cleaned promptly, ensuring no unsanitary areas. Overall, Huizhou Shuangyue Bay Peninsula Hotel is a highly recommended hotel, perfect for couples, families, or gatherings with friends.

The price is very cheap this season, the health is OK, the facilities in the room are basically good, the balcony is quite big, there is a hanging basket is very fun. The high-rise side sea view can see some seas. The scenery is not as good as the direction of Vanke at the same price as the Honghai Bay Phase 1, 2, and 3, but the management of Vanke community will be better than those two places. The beach sand is fine, the community is more popular, and the parking fee is cheap. It is the parking management chaos. Some twin rooms have no projection, the TV is red rice, and the operation response is so slow.

Facilities: Absolutely fantastic, truly unbeatable! It met all my expectations for a homestay, and even the hairdryer was a Laifen! All other facilities were brand new. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and tidy! Even I, with my obsession for cleanliness, couldn't find a single fault. Environment: I booked this place specifically for its duplex design, and it didn't disappoint. With 3 pools, we took turns enjoying each one – the kids were absolutely thrilled! The only minor drawback was the weather, which prevented us from seeing the sunrise. 😂 But there's always next time; I'll definitely pick a good weather day for my next visit! 🤗 Service: The host was truly exceptional. I originally booked a suite, but then had to reschedule, cancel, and rebook a duplex suite. They were incredibly patient with all my changes and didn't mind the hassle at all. Absolutely loved their service! ❤️
