首先按金並不是Trip.com 寫既500元
第一日到酒店前台我用Alilay hk 付了1000 hkd 按金到管家的個人支付寶帳戶 (不能原路退還到alipayhk的)
他也轉不到錢去我Alipay ，所以只可以找其他有國內能收款的朋友幫忙,所以最好預備現金, 退房時馬上收回按金.
2.如圖上位客人講 蜘蛛網同蟑螂 ，衛生程度有待改善
3.設備都殘舊，雪櫃臭到嘔，張張床都好硬
4.1樓沖涼水壓還可以接受 2樓幾乎無
5.連住2晚 也只提供一晚既用品 例如1次毛巾 牙膏 廁紙 (沒有主動補給）
6.我只係睇到上面酒店回覆覺得還可以理解問題先至訂
Check out 亦不是即時退按金 ，隔左3小時先退
最後 如果你只要有海景 這房是可以的 但要接受硬件未必配合到

民宿的陽台還能看到海，環境也很整潔，該配有的洗漱用品都有。民宿周邊很便利 走路幾分鐘就到沙灘 還能在沙灘邊上點幾個小吃悠閑的跟朋友暢聊。是個不錯的體驗，下次還會再來

房間非常棒，很適合情侶或者朋友一起出行，陽台上是一覽無遺的海景，海闊天高，下樓出門走不到10分鐘就到海邊，有非常長的一條海岸線，沙子很白很細，晚上還有人放煙花，對岸的燈火到了晚上就是5顏10色，非常漂亮。出小區不到10分鐘，就是有很多美食可以選擇。

總體滿意，別墅的設施很齊全，很乾凈，充分體現了在家的感覺，服務人員都很熱情，主動的給我們推薦遊玩景點和攻略，房子的設施基本也齊全，也很乾凈，看着都覺得温馨。別墅很注重品種，對於這個價位的別墅，性價比高！

設施一般，衹有一個房間在一樓，另外兩個房間在地下室，還沒有窗户，幾個家庭出遊非常不友好。離海也遠，進去七拐八拐才能找到，對比其他酒店公寓性價比太低，下次肯定不會再入住，第一次碰見情商低的管家。

別墅位於寧靜的山區上，星河山海半島小區內，房東有點誤導，把前台地址（在海邊）放在攜程，但其實位置距離景區有點距離，房間內的佈置、設施與網站提供圖片相符，環境清幽，一家人在這裡渡過假期蠻不錯的，房子及傢具挺新，遺憾海邊較遠約15分鐘車程，在山上較為不便，入住前要購買足夠的糧食，房間底層的衛生不太乾淨
