The overall experience is average. Fortunately, the room rate is not high. The hygiene is average. The hot water is good and the water pressure is sufficient. However, the mattress really needs to be replaced. It is the kind that has springs inside 15 or 20 years ago. I am really not used to it. It is also a bit hard, but the hardness depends on personal feeling. It is not very clean. The bedding feels like it has not been bleached.

The room is very average. The carpet in front of the sofa is covered with transparent plastic. What's the point of putting a carpet? It's better not to put it.
The balcony faces a large construction site, and there are all kinds of construction noises. There are also sounds like rats rustling in the room, which makes it hard to sleep well.
