The shower faucet fell down by itself and almost hit my foot. They charge for karaoke, even the singing boxes of street vendors charge money! We brought food to cook, but we couldn't use the microwave, gas stove, and range hood. It was clearly written that the facilities were available. Well...that's not all. Here comes the point! ! ! They said there would be a pool of hot spring water. But after the water was put in, it was cold. At most 20 degrees. Then I called to ask. They said it can only be put in the pool at sitting height. If you put the water too high, it will definitely not be hot. What the hell! The pool water only got hot after half of it was filled... Then they told us not to fill it any more. If we fill it any more, they would charge us. They said the pool water was not given to us in the first place. It was given to us but we had to pay for it. The room price we booked was too cheap and we had to pay more to get the hot spring... Oh my God! I don’t want to say anything! I was planning to go swimming, but after taking a look, I decided not to. It was awful. Really awful. The breakfast that was agreed upon was not delivered at 10 o'clock. At 9 o'clock, they sent me a message asking me if I wanted it. I called them and asked why the breakfast was not delivered. They asked me if it was included in my order. It was as if I had cheated them of the breakfast. In the end, the fruit that I redeemed with points was not delivered either. It was really disgusting. It was really disgusting.
