I come to this hotel for vacation once or twice every year. I just love the view here. My new pal Lin is so amazing. He's given me a lot of help.

Facilities are great. The view was also great. They have three pools. The one next to the beach is best. But the children enjoyed the slides etc. The play room is a little small and no AC so you can’t stay for long. The restaurant is very average for both dinner and breakfast. Not special. There is no seating plan so good luck finding seats from 8-9:30. Avoid having breakfast at this time. The beach is nice enough when it’s not crowded. But don’t go outside of the hotel area. The rest of the beach is very dirty outside of the hotel beach area. I personally will not pay that much and go back. For over 1400 per night. I expected better. There are better options in that area.

Staying at the large, amazing 5-star resort hotel in Huidong, Huizhou was an unforgettable experience! Situated right beside the sea with a private beach, the location offers breathtaking views of the ocean.
The resort itself is expansive, offering a plethora of room types, shops, and dining options, providing something for everyone. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The service was amazing! It was my birthday and the hotel upgraded our room free of charge and then served a cake to the room. I want to thank Mr. Lu from the reception desk for excellent service. We will come here again, because this is one of the best choice for family vacation.

In middle of nowhere, except Hotel there is nothing to do. Hotel it self is nice but I just like to have a chance to go out and still have something interesting.

We stayed here for 2 days and everything was wonderful!! Thanks Moris for the help the second day, the amenities are great, view from anywhere is beautiful and the service is perfect. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! Will be back again for sure!!!

Absolute terrible experience with the F&B. Avoid dinning at this hotel. The location is okay but not as nice as advertised. Beach is between two piers. We booked one room via Ctrip and were asked to book other rooms directly on their official account for a prepaid card discount. Avoid. They give you a lot of free perks but they are not available. We contacted the hotel about celebrating our daughters birthday party. And we were told we could book a BBQ dinner experience on the beach for 4 people. We booked two packages for our group at 1699 per package. Total was over 3200. We paid and went to the dinner last night. To our shock, the restaurant refused to acknowledge the booking of these vouchers. They left us with not choice. We had four small children and it was basically order off the menu or leave. We said that we prepaid and had the vouchers and they made no effort to acknowledge this fact. Our reservation for these vouchers was organized four days in advance. They said they did not have any record of this booking. We had to reorder dinner at over 3900. Now the hotel is telling us that they can try to refund the vouchers for us but it may take over 15 days. So I total we were bait and switched. We were charge 3200 and then we had to pay 3900 for less food and then we are told that they will return the 3200 after 15 days. They tried to offer us a free bottle of wine and a cheap stuffed animal. We were two international families. This hotel is better catered to Chinese locals. Avoid, if you are well-cultured and international because this hotel is not about service. They don’t care about mistreating the customer. They just care about lining their pockets with droves of tourists.
Also, the staff here are really inconsiderate. And be careful of being overcharged by the tour companies that monopolize the beach.

There are not many Hotels which allow dogs! This is one, but there are many small restrictions. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or for breakfast. This is understandable on one side, but apart from a small kennel at the entrances there are no possibilities to accommodate the animals. With such a large hotel, you could easily set up a place for dogs outside where they can wait on a leash with some water and food.
