The hygiene is not good. The double bed room is in the third phase, about 300 meters away from the beach. I heard from the boss that the one-bedroom apartment is in Building B21, which is much closer to the beach.

整個小區都是為旅遊而設定，人員多，管理也相對困難，地下停車位很多，但大家都不願意去停，導致路面停車混亂。小區內消費較高，品質不好評價，我衹好吃個蘭州拉麪，25左右，我個人覺得比吃所謂的海鮮要好的多。
房間設施有些陳舊了，畢竟有些年頭了。加上又是海邊，感覺有點潮濕，房間內有點黴味兒，多通通風還是可以的。我們住首排套間，海風吹的很舒服，下樓就是海灘。
店家的服務很好，直接到7號門去接的我們，告訴我們怎麼停車，去哪裡吃東西，很和善。後面有啥問題，不論是發訊息還是電話，響應都很及時，處理也很快。
總體感覺還是不錯的。

酒店位於萬科雙月灣三期，樓下超市，美食街很方便。房間有大陽台，雖然不是臨海的樓棟，但是樓棟前面正好是一片露天停車場，所以沒有遮擋，正好可以看到無敵海景，衹是住的這兩天正好下雨天氣不太好，所以看不到太好的風景。房間設施略顯簡陋，茶几腳壞了一個，房間沙發也比較小。

跟家人一起出行，在攜程了看了很多家，最後選了這家，圖片和實物相符，開窗就是大海，風景太美了，下樓就是沙灘，沙子很細，拍照光線也很好，老闆人也很好，家人玩得很開心，下次還會訂。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

帶長者家過來雙月灣度假，訂了這家複式三房三衞，整體環境都不錯，家人們也很滿意，客廳的卡拉OK音效還可以的，距離沙灘步行三分鐘左右吧，週五過去的停車在路面，週六的話停車會比較頭疼，車子一天停車費15元，周邊的早餐店超貴，可以去便利店買實在點，店家推薦的小輝海鮮價格和也不錯，還給我們打折了。
景區除了地面停車位緊張外，就是凌晨一兩點還有人在沙灘放煙花，太擾民了，真不懂這些深夜放煙花的的人是怎麼想的。

這套2房一廳落地窗前排全海景房非常滿意，出門就是海灘，樓下就有很多餐廳，小區門對面就有很多大排檔，離各個景區都幾分鐘車程，非常方便，房東服務有求必應，還有密碼門鎖我們4個人出入自由方便
