The facilities are complete, including bedding and toiletries, as well as a kitchen with utensils for cooking. The room is very clean, tidy, spacious and bright. The villa area is quiet and comfortable at night, with a wide view and the sea view is always available. The housekeeper's service is excellent.

Although the auditorium is not big, it's fairy-like enough to take pictures~ The strange rocks and sunset in Mo Zi Stone Park are even more "Guangdong Little Iceland" The sand is thin and white, and you can see the legendary "glass sea"

避坑！！！住兩天，完全不值得的價格，前期溝通要清洗泳池，答應的是很好，進房第一天就在泳池裡劃傷兩個小孩，其中一個肉都劃開了，流了一鞋子的血，拿了瓶碘伏和幾個創口貼就沒後續了，這麼大的別墅，洗衣機都沒有，配套不齊全，淘氣堡就是如圖所見的那麼點東西，非常的小且沒東西玩，保潔態度極差，衞生完全是隨意搞下，沙灘離住的地方400米，還是個泥灘，跟沙灘別墅完全不搭架，比第一晚到巽寮灣住的海景酒店差的遠，真心不推薦！！！性價比極差！！！

- **全幢停水**：次日中午12時左右，整棟Villa無故停水，嚴重影響正常使用。
- **供水問題**：
- 睡房2（8月10日晚7時）：無熱水且水壓極弱。
- 睡房3：廁所沖水系統持續滴水。
- 最高層睡房：無熱水、水壓不足；
- 地下房間從第一天就出現沖廁水滲漏、發出惡臭 （見附件圖片）
- **冷氣故障**：地下大廳房間冷氣機持續漏水，無人處理。 整晚一直發出聲響。
- 全棟Villa（尤其天台及大廳）出現大量蟑螂（見附件圖片和影片，分別在2個時間拍攝）
並廚具僅提供2個殘舊鍋具，明顯不足。
- 20人入住期間，清潔服務僅提供一次，導致垃圾堆積、昆蟲滋生，環境極度惡劣。
- 房間配套缺失：枕頭未補給、管家拒絕提供回覆只作配給用量。但我們有10大人，7小孩，根本不足夠，加上我們預訂的網站標明床上用品無限供應（見附件） ，與事實不符。
另：最高層睡房無洗衣液及沐浴露（僅餘少量）。

第一次book呢啲別墅，
設施係好既。。有泳池，瀡滑梯，
最鍾意係佢有獨立嘅卡拉OK房。。
但係可惜係佢個喇叭好多雜聲。。
而且好多歌都下載唔到。。有啲唔係咁盡興。。
衛生方面就真係好多曱甴。。
蚊都算多。。。要做好防蚊措施！
其實位置方面都一般。。
Call車同送外賣都成日發生唔知去到邊嘅問題。。
別墅有分前門後門，但其實管家一開始冇同我哋講過。。後門就係喺其中一間客房裏面。。而後門就係停車場！
其實係非常之唔安全。。而且我哋入住嘅時候原來後門係冇鎖到嘅。。
佢仲要冇話俾我哋聽。。如果唔係叫外賣都發現唔到。。
不過咁嘅三日兩日都係玩得開心嘅。。
有問題管家都會幫忙解決！
下次真係要搵多啲人一齊去先唔會浪費呢間別墅！

第一次在這裏訂房，整體來説户型是比較大的，空間也很寬敞，天台就是海景非常的好看，店家的服務態度也是比較好，溝通比較容易，去海邊的距離也很近，樓下大排檔吃飯也非常的方便

給孩子一個海邊遊玩的童年，遠離手機電視，撿一下貝殼趕一下海，玩一下沙堡就能母慈子孝很久，帶娃很安逸，住宿離得很近，出來沿路都是大海，趕海可以去趕海公園

趕海公園和海世界都不需要門票，下樓出別墅區就是打卡點，其實找一個乾淨的海邊玩就可以了，巽寮灣基本類似整體區別不大，打開地圖附近建築都有的，細路哥長大了
