A perfect place for those whom want calm, relaxed holidays near sea. Rooms are big, clean and excellent sea view from balcony. Sometimes hiring taxi is inconvenient because of its a remote area. Highly recommended.

This is my second time staying in a residential hotel. The environment is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and the facilities are complete. It is very friendly to park bicycles in the parking lot or bring bicycles to the room. There is a refrigerator and washing machine in the room, which is very convenient to live in.
The price-performance ratio is very high. The boss is warm and hospitable. We don't need to pay a deposit. The room has a terrace overlooking the public beach of Yapojiao, Zengpengjiao and the beautiful sea view.

The first room assigned at 6pm was not cleaned!!!
The second room was assigned, and the main unit of the projection TV was missing. I contacted the customer service and they said it was broken and had been repaired. I had no TV to watch all night!!!
This hotel is the most rubbish hotel I have ever rented in my life, and I will never patronize it again!!!
