衞生：很乾凈整潔，入住得早好像才剛剛收拾完
設施：一應俱全，而且還做了浴室和洗手枱乾濕分離，這一點我覺得很好！！還有就是性價比很高，這個價格能訂到智能房間絕了~~
環境：對面就是華僑城，很多美食！
服務：前台小姐姐工作效率超高！還給我免費升級了房間（雖然我一個人但是給了我棋牌房哈哈哈哈）

位置挺方便的，但是沒有停車場，朋友喝多了，專門給他們定的，還得另外找車位，房間也是比較舊的根本沒有全屋智能

垃圾，樂色，詞窮想不到更多的形容詞。沒錢開什麼酒店，搞什麼電影房，多花幾百塊錢升級一下網速啦。垃圾。洗手間的設施都是爛的，地板水漬發黃，毛巾硬的要命。空調氣味大，房間潮濕味重，拖鞋發臭，沙發一股味，80寸的屏寫100寸。隔音差的要命。

入住的房間馬桶發出臭味，然後換房順便權益升級影音房看電影網絡很差時不時還自動關機，房間隔音很差，一晚上隔壁吵**，反正體驗效果很差

説一下衞生 比較差，灰塵太多，還有就是拖鞋臟，床上還有頭髮 估計是上一個住的人留下的，床單有污漬，再説一下這個 早上樓下有施工的早上 8 點，噠噠噠的聲音，根本睡不了，體驗感很差 説的是智能並沒有什麼用
