the hotel is very nice and affordable. service is excellent. communication with hotel manager is very polite and respectful. the hotel is very close to the beach just across the mainroad and the sea view is Amazing. The rooms are smart ...easy to access. bathroom accessories and abundant. i will book again whenever i want to visit huizhou ..i highly recommend , you wont regret.

今次住熒幕海景房，小資佈置，整潔乾淨，因為近沙灘，很多時候其他民宿的房間都會有沙子，但這邊的清潔做得不錯，基本沒有沙子。露台和海景非常漂亮，一定要住高一點，靜靜的在陽台可以過一個下午 ！整體很舒適，推薦 ！

首先説説優點：本來點的園景房、後來店家給換了兩間海景房後面説的可是不滿了：1）十一點到目的地，電話打了十多二十個沒一個接的、最後找的去哪網聯繫的店家，給的答覆是太忙了、不能提前入住，不能就不能唄、為什麼不能大大方方的接電話，過了兩點再打倒是接得挺快的。2）換的房間也不好，我感覺沒搞過衞生、床單有大水蟻的殘體、枕頭套一股頭油味、被人睡過沒有換、刮鬍刀不知道放了多久的生銹了、櫃子都是發黴的黴菌以上、便宜是便宜、衹能説避雷了

不知道4.9的好評怎麼來的，是我運氣差嗎？客服態度一般，提前告知準備到了，也沒有入口指示，我們迷迷糊糊停錯地方，問了才説。提前一個多小時説要到，結果到了衞生也沒有做，等了兩個多小時才弄好，我們東西也不敢放下不敢吃飯，到了也不告訴我們房間**，問了才説。這些我都可以理解為假期人多忙不過來。裏面的設備比較老舊，衞生條件一般般，洗護用具也比較差，床睡的也不舒服。唯一的賣點也就海景吧。樓下沙灘沙子很粗很臟。

我在十月一日定了一个向海的双人床房间。
入住日期是十月二号
酒店確定十月二号下午二时可以开始入住
真到十月三号中，12时
房间号码一真到2号1点也不能確实给我
结果我放二号下午五点左右依照酒店给我的房鎖密码进房
结果吓了我一跳
房间内遍地是水
床单被单全無
到處凌乱不堪
几经辛苦，才联系上管理人员
答应我15分铜给千把房间搞定
於是我到外继续遊玩
到6点37分我再回到酒店房间
里面仍然没有打扫和清洁
差不多七点才有位阿姨一个人来舖床单
谁料床单也是破爛有洞的
房间内又没有电视
问要了电视，谁知是一座投射的机器
那不要紧，问我是要用了差不多30分钟的时间去安装
结果到晚上7点03分才把房间交给我
我不多说了
我在下而客观地將我与工作人员溝通的全部截图放在这里
给大家作一个客观的交代，让大家自己去评判一下服务的质素。
不过有一点我要強调的
工作人员的态度没有问题，而且已经盡量地去配合我的要求
只是管理階層和管理公司出了问题

下樓過馬路就是沙灘🏖️，270度的陽台，景觀特別棒。我們去的時候，房間還沒打掃，可能是十一假期太忙了。後來阿姨打掃了一個多小時，清理的很細緻👍。可能這一帶人也比較少。先收藏起來，下次繼續✌️
