房東人很好，入住之前打電話過來告訴我們位置，也很好找我們開車過來停好車，直接可以坐電梯上去房間，一進去就覺得價格很值得了，空間很大，還有洗衣機可以洗衣服，房間空調製冷也不錯，床也很舒服，在陽台的風景也很好，樓下就是沙灘，樓下的小吃價格也不貴，沒有人來推廣娛樂項目，海也很乾凈，有什麼問題聯繫房東，房東也會及時回饋解決辦法，總之這是我住過最好的一次

老闆很貼心，在屋內很多地方留有小紙條提示，三居室住着很舒服，這個價格真是划算了。房子離海邊很近，陽台上可以直接看到海，從3號樓前的電梯下去。這片海人不是很多，是我想要的，孩子很喜歡。以後有機會還會再來。

房東人很熱情很不錯 非常喜歡房子的裝修很新 其實是有三個房間的有一個小童房 有孩子入住的話是非常方便的

衛生差, 房間有蟑螂, 歺枱腳鬆脫, 客廳沒空調, 客房空調不能制冷, 入住時沒有放置毛巾等, 沒有補充厕紙, 原本訂了兩晚, 但入住一晚便提早退房, 幸好店主將兩晚房費全數退回.
