The room is spacious and the location is good. The only thing that we didn’t like is the room was reeked of cigarette smoke smell even though we asked for non-smoking room. Please clean the room well or have non-smoking rooms for guests.

五一期間來玩的，本地房源非常緊張，定房出現了小插曲，但老闆很快妥善解決，服務可以。
客觀來説，酒店位置在勝利廣場附近，去巽寮灣大亞灣都比較近適合自駕人員居住（比住景點便宜太多）。
另，酒店一樓還有本地茶點，好吃性價比很高。我覺得挺方便的，下次還會考慮。

有些事情需要在這裏耽擱兩小時 就選擇了這家酒店。酒店很安靜 就是不太乾淨。地上還有未打掃的瓜子殼。然後就是前台的服務，辦理完入住 我諮詢了一下電梯在哪裡 前台的小哥哥小姐姐全低着頭做自己的事。我就自己找了一下 快到電梯了 一個小姐姐晃過神來要收按金 在前台大聲喊我 喂喂喂 回來回來！我都驚呆了🤯可能是新來還沒培訓吧

1. 整體入住體驗挺好的，給箇中高評很合適～😊
前台服務很熱情，辦理入住速度快，還主動告知了房間設施使用細節，讓人感覺很貼心。房間整體乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，睡了個好覺🛌。衞生間打掃得很細緻，沒有異味，熱水供應也很穩定。
小不足是房間隔音稍微有點弱，偶爾能聽到走廊腳步聲，但不算吵，不影響休息。總體來説性價比不錯，對住宿要求不高的話很推薦～👍

酒店服務挺到位的，不管是前台還是客房阿姨，態度都很親切。房間衞生做得很紮實，桌面、牆角都沒看到灰塵，床品也很乾凈，躺上去很安心。房間空間不算特別大，但佈局合理，活動起來不侷促。
稍微有點小遺憾是空調調温反應稍慢，不過多等幾分鐘就好了，不影響整體體驗。整體看下來，作為日常住宿很合格，下次有機會還會考慮～🌟

四海在惠東開了也很多年了 來四海吃過很多次飯和早茶 不過還是第一次入住 入住了兩天 客房設施很不錯 乾淨整潔 裝修風格也很好看 床具舒適度高 但是我真心建議加強前台服務培訓 我過來辦入住 走到跟前還在看手機 並且一句你好也沒説 擺着一副苦瓜臉 説話跟蚊子一樣小聲 聽不見要求重複一遍就開始不耐煩 非常影響入住體驗 希望這衹是個別工作人員吧 因為另一個像是經理的人還是挺好的
