Ended up staying here with friends after our previous hotels amenities were all out of service. Very nice pool area, the gym is rather small with limited equipment but enough to have a decent workout. Rooms were nice and clean.

The room was lovely, and the pools and beach were fantastic. For the most part, our stay was pleasant. There was one constant issue with the elevators, and one incident during our first night (details below). During our stay, one of the elevators was out of service. The cleaning staff also uses the elevators constantly, and there are only three per building (two functional ones). We would wait up to 20-30 minutes at times to get to our room. Some people would eventually just take the stairs, but we were with an infant and on the 29th floor. The elevator situation is a little out of control. When we checked in, the card reader wasn't working, so we arranged to pay our bill in the morning. The front desk rang our room at almost midnight to see if we had paid. It was absolutely ridiculous, and woke up our baby. I can't believe this is normal policy to ring rooms this late, even for guests without small children.

It is recommended to bring your family here to take photos and have a pleasant trip. The parking lot is large and parking is free.

We stayed for 2 night (6th Oct - 8 Oct)the hotel is excellent, Andy the manager and PC the front desk,they both very kind,give us very late check out while we're waiting for the taxi which delayed for 3 hours (till 6 pm)and help us to deal with the taxi driver. The room is big and clean,breakfast with a lot of option (western and Chinese),swimming pool is very good and beach in front of the hotel is clean. We'll high recommended. It's perfect for long stay or even just for weekend.

Behind the house is the beach, it only takes 5 minutes to walk from the house, and this beach belongs to this community of Vanke, it is very suitable for taking a walk with your lover or family and friends, and looking at the sea. I have stayed in many B&Bs and hotels, and this one is really good. After we checked out, the host would ask us what we thought could be better in their home. He would listen to the voices and opinions of the residents, and then improve the B&B by himself. It's really nice.

On the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby. However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway. On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

I personally think that Phase I is also in a good location and the parking lot is not crowded or noisy. It feels like a vacation. The beautiful scenery, the room is clean, the front desk service is good, I am very satisfied with this tour, we will choose this hotel again next time.
