不愧為會東排名第一的酒店，服務超預期，因位子在新城，邁巴赫接送就方便多了，邊上的公園環境也很不錯，晚上都是人流。茶點和早餐跟不錯，豐富，口味也好。

第一，我在平台訂房的時候有入住水果，進去後沒看到，是我主動提出才給我送來，並且是在我沒有同意的情況下，我不在房間的時候進入的！第二，我訂的是可以免費升房的房型，去了卻告訴我沒有升房的條件了，我説那我把訂單取消，換一個低一級的房間，你給我升起來，前台不同意！第三，我洗衣服在約定的時間去拿，結果時間還差兩個小時結束，我請前台幫我拿一下，結果我一覺睡到凌晨一點發現沒有給我送來，我又打電話，結果告訴我忘記了，這才給我送來。這比差旅之行的服務體驗非常糟糕。旅客半夜不睡還要操心本不該操心的事情。

房間還行。軟枕頭太高。矮枕頭太硬，不舒服。
套房應該配個小冰櫃。
智能馬桶很難用，一坐下去還沒拉就沖水了。不管大便小便，水都粘屁股上，很噁心。不敢上廁所，去1樓上。住了13天實在難受。
點餐不能記賬到退房時再結。也比較麻煩。
8.17號晚上值班前台小姐姐感覺服務態度不是很好！
最值得表揚的是出門有車接送、特別是25歲那個司機小哥哥、他説他有個孩子2歲了，不知道他姓什麼、帶我買東西。親自下車帶到店裡。很給力，12天裏態度都非常好，18號早上去車站時的司機突然換了。不是很專業，車站在馬路對面。他把我們就下了。他為什麼沒想到掉個頭把我們送到車站門口？那麼大的行李箱還得搬過去。我説為什麼不送到對面，他不説話！
每天10點以後就是下午茶，有水果。茶，晚上9點以後有宵夜。但水果不新鮮。衹有第一天吃了就沒吃過了。宵夜也沒吃過。我看都是跟早上一樣的麪條，沒變過，十幾天也很膩。

沒想到縣城裡麪能有這麼好的酒店，好像一棟樓都是，停車方便，服務熱情，我們倆個人，但是衹有大床房了，又要了一床被子，特別舒服，床很大，兩個人睡一點都不擠，而且還包含早飯，早飯特別豐富，忘了拍，可以煮麪和粉，超級好吃！免費的礦泉水分佈在酒店各處，很方便！強烈推薦！
