前台女接待感覺我欠了她錢似的，語氣生硬，臉色難看。洗個熱水澡都提心吊膽，感覺隨時都會停水，體驗太差了！

服務：服務還是可以的，挺熱情的
設施：設施太老了，床頭燈壞了，房間裏沒有幾盞燈好昏暗的房間，窗户關不上，空調一晚上嗡嗡響感覺像有人在打呼嚕一樣。又靠近路邊，車子一晚上叫，吵的我腦殼疼。
環境：當時訂這個房間是為了去電影院，離那個九州影城確實好近這是我唯一滿意的地方，步行幾分鐘就到了，我們幾個看個電影回去住宿好方便。
衞生：衞生的話，因為是比較破舊的酒店，設施設備都比較古老了，所以想要什麼還比較新的感覺也不可能。
所有的東西都收費，衹能喝自來水燒開水，免費的礦泉水都沒有，雖然説是特價房。
