The hotel is very close to the beach, the hotel is very clean, and the service is superb. There are many people in our party, which involves more complicated ticketing. The manager is very patient. 這是我住過所有酒店裡麪最滿意的！性價比很高，高層的景色非常好，可以看到海岸線，天晴的時候的海好美！個人感覺算是一個小眾的旅遊地，非常不錯！下次還去，還住這個酒店！還有樓下隔壁的酸菜魚非常不錯！

房間還是比較還原圖片的，就一個讓我糟心的就是他們標記了洗衣服務，然後在樓頂12樓，有個破洗衣機，還**不能用，我們兩個大人兩個小孩！這房間裏面的大蟑螂我就不説了，也懶得找他們了。
設施：網絡連不上，連上不能用，自己流量多也不糾結，洗衣機是真的誇張！一個那種老式的洗衣機，還沒有蓋子，還不能用！一個酒店竟然連這種都不修，找個人修好很難嗎？
衞生：還行，比較滿意！
環境：出門步行五分鐘可以到沙灘公園，去崇武古城牆需要15分鐘！

酒店就在步行街上，也是沒誰了，太方便了。入住的時候突遇暴雨，帶着孩子很不方便，酒店前台以及安保大爺很熱心的幫助我們解決了一切困難。非常周到。而且穿過步行街就到了碼頭，可以買票直接登船去鼓浪嶼，晚上五點半以後買票，30一張，不需要人擠人。早飯也很好。值得大力推薦。

訂房的時候看評價就得知淋浴房的水下不去，會很臭。但是考慮了一下地理位置，還是訂房了。但是真的沒想到這麼臭，半夜醒來，鼻尖全是臭味。房間裏也始終環繞一股臭味。另外，沒有洗衣房，連香皂也沒有。晾曬區就是樓頂，風大，晾一會全掉地上。

我們二家人帶着孩子來福建旅遊，一路上都很愉快，去了泉州，沙縣廈門。唯獨在入住該酒店時，因為我孩子11歲沒辦理身份證不給入住。同時不給我們退款退房。讓我們大大小小露宿街頭，置之不理。我説要投訴後圖一的工作人員進行了三字經罵人，説要我們在當地如何如何。讓我們在陌生的城市特別害怕，我們衹能報警110。在熱心警察的指導下。我們才知道可以去派出所開身份證明進行入住。在警察和攜程平台的幫忙我們入住後，我們去海邊玩了。回來房間卻沒熱水，孩子沖冷水冷的發抖，直接生病發燒打吊針。後來酒店説，放熱水需要放十分鐘才有用。平台標識的自助洗衣房也是沒有的，停車也是沒有的，就是路邊自己找位置。路邊很多是店鋪要開夜宵擺桌子，所以也是不能停的。目前為止沒有得到酒店的任何道歉。感謝人民警察和攜程平台的幫忙。
