房間太差勁，我買的明明是比我朋友貴的，房間還不如我朋友定的那間，燈黃的發暈，剛開門進去就一股黴味超級重，床單被套也很黃，後面聯繫前台換了跟我朋友一樣的，燈沒那麼黃了，但是被套上還有小蟲子和血跡，洗衣機也是壞的，洗不了衣服，廁所也很小，優點價格便宜

房間很老舊，服務也非常的差，不願意為住客解決問題，電視打開無信號，打電話問怎麼調，前台説酒店改裝什麼什麼，所有電視都看不了，然後自己研究半天，就可以使用了。洗衣機也是，問有沒有，前台説有，然後又説前幾天弄壞了，不知道有沒有修好，讓我們自己去看一下有沒有修好。總之沒有服務，東西明明是好的，但是為了自己不麻煩，不願意嘗試給客人去解決

價廉物美，在春節長假一百多的價格，門口可以免費停車位置有限先到先得，前台服務不錯基本有求必應，網上定的雙床到店想換大床，馬上幫忙換了，説需要多幾瓶礦泉水説可以自己去拿。房間不算太大，貴點的有投影的大床也才兩百多。用快捷酒店的標準來評價就很不錯了。

提前好幾天訂的雙床房，晚上9點到店告訴我沒房間了。在其他酒店（雙航商務賓館，距離1.8公里）給我留了一間。到了那裡一看房條件差太多，妥妥的百元酒店水平。但是太晚了也沒地方去衹能湊合一晚上，連洗澡的熱水都沒有。海之鑫酒店的條件怎麼樣我沒住也不知道，這個一星評價是衝著他們的不誠信給的。
