這次的入住體驗太棒啦！一走進酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，裝修精緻典雅，瞬間好感度拉滿。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住手續效率超高，還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項設施。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，用品一應俱全，細節之處盡顯品質。浴室的熱水充足，水温穩定，洗浴用品的味道也好聞，出差旅遊的好選擇，強烈推薦給大家！

酒店對面就是沙灘，景色很美，非常適合旅遊。房間很大，打掃的很乾凈，佈置温馨，全屋智能化，很便捷。客房樓層很高，很安靜，睡得很好。服務熱情，工作人員見到都會主動打招呼，幫忙拿行李，還提供了免費的早餐，很美味。

客觀來説，這個酒店地理位置較為偏僻。但是比較近歐樂堡海洋世界，尤其在新年大年初一，500不到的價格不算貴。海景房景色不錯！但酒店很新，設施也新，較不完善！總結有如下三點不足：1. 前台服務培訓不到位，服務水平跟不上！辦理入住時候不熱情，此外跟客人提到的：“暫未有早餐服務，但可提供包裝的麪包，並送至所在客房”，最後沒有提供；2. 在外玩了一天，大晚上回到酒店想洗個澡，1月29日（大年初一的晚上23+點）竟然沒有熱水，致電前台諮詢，跟我説沒熱水了。再確認問：那今晚怎麼洗澡呢？！前台硬硬回覆一句：今晚洗不了了！再問有否緊急處理預案？！最後回覆説酒店經理等會會過來處理，一直等到00:30都沒有人上來客房，親自説明情況並給出應急處理方案！3. 酒店提供的停車碼，掃碼領取券後，到了停車場門口電動閘口，還顯示出場需要繳納6元停車費。綜上三點，對酒店的口碑及形象都不友好的！後續望酒店管理層，能真正做好前台服務培訓工作，並完善酒店設備設施建設！
