The Hotel is really nice and the rooms are clean and spacious. The night desk staff and young make manager needs some training in working with foreigners. The check in process was unnecessarily long and when we had a confusion, a translator had to contact the general manager on the phone to solve the problem after 45 minutes of back and forth on transaction applications ! . This is a nice hotel, it’s a shame that the night staff isn’t more international.

I have never seen a five-star hotel that frantically calls people to check out between 1:30 and 2:00. The room itself was delayed until 2:00. At 1:30, it was confirmed that I would check out at 2:00. In the middle, they called three times to urge me. At 2:09, they called again to ask when I could leave. The attitude was extremely bad. It really made me feel very disappointed.

The hotel is very new, with complete facilities and convenient transportation. Parking is free. There are shopping malls and parks nearby. Welcome fruit is given after check-in. The front desk service is warm and the breakfast is also very good. It is worth recommending. I will come again next time.
