Existence in room 507 of silverfish. Veteran receptionist, straight brunette hair, with unpleasant customer service, I asked her where I could change my clothes because at 12:20 p.m. I arrived at the trial hotel in social court 4 in Huelva and she sent me to the men's room with Strong smell of urine and dirty floor.

The Hotel looks like it is a few years old; although it appears to have been renovated relatively not long ago. Otherwise, good quality in NH standard. The only inexplicable thing is that in the year 2024 (almost) you will have to pay €10 a day for an internet connection at a reasonable speed. I was thinking of staying one more day and teleworking from the room, but with 1 mgps it is not possible for me. I hope they change the policy soon.

Lovely bright clean room which was surprisingly spacious. Coffee machine was a nice bonus. Shower was good and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly too. Online check-in was confusing due to us having two rooms on the booking (I think this was the problem) and despite eventually figuring it out we still had to provide all our passports again on physical check-in. On the other hand, being able to choose our exact rooms in the online check-in was something I haven't encountered before and if this had gone to plan it would have been fantastic, and it did mean we could choose a room with a balcony. We were able to park around the back of the hotel for free (we may have just been lucky) but if you have good legs not much luggage there is other free parking to be found without walking too far. We didn't have breakfast included in our stay but it is very close to cafes and supermarkets. Overall a great stay that signed off a 15 year old tick from our bucket list after we lived here as students. Would stay here again.

We were greeted by a friendly, helpful male receptionist. The garage parking space was very limited and narow but he directed us to a public parking lot which was also 7/24 guarded/gated around the back of the hotel. Not expensive. We parked it around, i think 2 pm. And overnight it cost us €7. The room was newly rennovated. Very nice! Modern! Wooden floors 😊. The next day in the breakfast room i ordered an omelet...perfect..yummy. 😋 The hitel is only a few walking minutes from the shopping area. Nice shops too. Good prices. We had a pleasant stay.

Location was excellent with good garage facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Good seating area and also a bar. Needed coffee and tea making facilities in the room. The hotel is old and needs some renovation such as floor tiling in the room.

If you travel by train the NH Luz Huelva is the best choice as it is just 4 or five minutes away from the station. Once you arrive you are greeted by very freindly staff in uniforms who offer a warm welcome.Rooms and most public areas very clean. Rooms big enough to feel good.
