3-Star Hotels in Hue

Fantastic stay. Such friendly staff, convenient location, clean room and great recommendations for the city tour. We also booked the bus ride with 4 stops to Hội An and the boat ride to the temple. Definitely worth looking into it. Breakfast was also delicious. Would come back again

On our booking it said checking time end early, so we called 2 days before and they said not to worry for late check in. We arrived at midnight, and front desk clerk was super friendly spent time to recommend us where to go. We met different staffs the next day and they all super friendly. I definitely will be back to this hotel. Staffs helped us booked transportation to Hoi An, also helped us booked 2 motorbike delivered to the hotel. They've made our trip very pleasant.

This hotel is really good value for money! Although it is not on the main street, the path to enter is very short, the floor tiles are very flat, and the environment is very clean, unlike many small Vietnamese alleys. After entering the door, the check-in was quick, the front desk was enthusiastic, neat and thoughtful! While waiting to be processed, we will provide free delicious juices and fruits, ask if you need to book a drop-off service, and deliver your luggage to your room first. After you finish eating, you will be sent to your room, and a particularly detailed and tidy map will be provided, suggesting your travel route according to your schedule, and telling all attractions the opening time. There is another fruit in the room! The room is not too big but it is enough, the decoration is very elegant and exquisite, and the sanitation level is no exaggeration to say that it is a five-star level, which is the best among so many hotels in Vietnam. The soundproofing of the room is very good. The room opposite to me is the SPA room. No noise was heard all day. Eat breakfast the next day, the locomotive is scheduled to arrive, and I will remind you on time. The breakfast is also very good. The waiter will take the initiative to ask you to choose Hue rice noodles or Western-style omelettes, as well as tea, milk or coffee. The location is also great! It’s only a 35-minute walk from the area where there are many cafes and restaurants, and the surrounding area is very delicious. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the imperial city, and the taxi is very cheap. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam! Full marks! I would like to share my positive experience organizing my trip with Anna from Soleil Hotel in Hue. Hotel was great from all Perspektive location/price/breakfast. I have special wishes and complex travel plan, in 1.5 days I want see a lot and can not get good support unless I find this team. Anna organized pickup, managed all my journey including laundry, early hosting and take care of me during traveling. In additional she organized Scooter. This is just excellent. Highly recommend! It was in the new town and there were plenty of restaurants around. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff is kind and the price is reasonable, so it is recommended

I stayed in the room for three consecutive days, the environment is very good, but when I walk in from the outside, I can't walk away, it's a little bit off. The breakfast in the hotel can also help you cook the noodles, which is very delicious, and the juice and milk are especially delicious.

The location is perfect for a city stay. The room was big, bright, clean and had a very nice view. The pool area on the roof was even better! The staff there were very friendly, with a great knowledge of the area and local services. Some of the nicest staff I’ve met in a hotel ☺️

The spa and Jacuzzi are top notch and the front desk can help you get anywhere you want to explore. Very clean and the hotel is located close to the river for an early morning walk or run and to the center of the city. It is very safe at all hours.

I stayed on the 3rd floor. I booked a Superior Room through Trip.com and somehow when I arrived they assumed I had used another platform. I didn't mind, as long as they arrange the room that I had booked. The room was different, it was on the first floor and it didn't have a balcony. After I told them I had booked a room with a balcony they took me to the 3rd floor to a room that was noticeably smaller. I didn't mind because I was just visiting a friend and I was going to use the room just for sleeping and working online. The wifi signal is low so it disconnects all the time, at least it did in my balcony room on the 3rd floor. My booking included buffet breakfast and it was good. They offered a combination of Western and local dishes and a variety of drinks. However, when I checked out they couldn't find my reservation. Lobby staff handed me the bill and it took me about 10-15 minutes to convince them while showing them my emails from Trip.com that the room had been already paid. My recommendation is that if you're going to stay with them and you plan on driving around Hue, stay there! Its location is excellent and they have a parking spot for your motorbike. There are many options for restaurants, local food, shops and such nearby the hotel even if you're going to be moving by Grab. I loved the location and the food was good.

This hotel is the most affordable hotel I stayed in Hue. Not only is the price cheap, but the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom has wet and dry separation, and the location is also very good. There are bars and various coffee shops and snack bars next to it. There is a free breakfast in the morning, and the breakfast is cooked for everyone on the spot by the hotel staff. A very good hotel, worth recommending, and will definitely stay here again next time.
