Hotel exceeded expectations. Large rooms, friendly staff and massive outlay of breakfast. Huge pool and a few English channels on the TV. Not much to do around the hotel but walking street is about 10 minutes walk away with lots of good food options.

It's a beautiful hotel with a grandeur of the old dame. The huge pillows are so comfortable the head simply sinks into it. The room is comfortable & hotel staff are service oriented. Breakfast is good.

This is an unparalleled five-star hotel. The room facilities are well maintained. From check-in to check-out, it was perfect. The service staff Vy, Sophia, Hien, Hieu and the boy who checked out in the morning were all excellent. They felt the warmth of home here and experienced the excellent five-star service! Be sure to stay here again next time when I come back!

The rooms need some updating.
The pool was full with kids from a school, very noisy and busy.
The staff weren’t the nicest in town, and I would expect more from a 5 star hotel.

Everything was great here from food to the hotel room, but the only problem I encounter which is the bellman which he saw me carrying all my bags but without trying to help me or even push a trolley over. Just seeing me walk towards the reception dragging my bags over. Staff issue

Excellent hotel and staff. Very accommodating and helping on every of our requests.
The buffet breakfast makes a huge difference de it is diverse and fresh.
The room are really well furnished and the spa is a real plus.
Special mention for the hotel performs and freshness that adds a sense of luxury and comfort to the place.
The staff was really caring of everything and communication was always smooth.

Had a thoroughly excellent stay at the Indochine Palace in Hue. I would highly recommend the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-kept plus the breakfast was excellent and wait staff, attentive. The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions and bar area of Hue. When I visit Hue again, I will certainly stay at the Indochine Palace again.
