The room was dirty and the wall was moldy. I was confused because I booked a room with a city view and after I entered I saw that there is no window .

The hotel is located near to the important historical buildings of Ho Chi Min City which are at walking distance. The service is good and staff are friendly. Room sizes are a bit cramped. It is mostly visited by government officials. Breakfast has a huge spread of menu.
