0 rating. Hudson management refused to grant exception to no cancellation policy, fully charging for room when I hadn’t noticed date on site had reverted to date I was entering reservation. I had quickly entered it from hospital waiting room, under extreme stress. Corporate was sympathetic but told me to contact Hudson management (again) for resolution. Very poor service skills.

Very clean rooms and pool area. Very nice staff. Spacious 2 queen pull out couch room. Definitely recommend. We didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but normal light breakfast served. Clean smelling no bad smells or **** smell.

Recently booked 2 rooms upon checking in both rooms had stained bedding also hair, Appeared to have a great swimming pool. It was obvious both rooms were not throughly cleaned, not sure what standards are used. Regardless of what they said about clean rooms, my family deserves better, were were lucky enough to find 2 rooms at the Hudson Holiday Inn on a short notice..... which exceeds in all areas every time. Super 8 refunded my money.

If you stay, here you can expect, smelly, stained, carpets, broken door, handles, and knobs everywhere. No one at the service desk. And an extremely horrible breakfast. With really high prices. If I can’t find a hotel, next time I come here, I’m going to sleep in my car with my entire family.

Very nice! Stayed with my family and felt very safe. Modern decor, Clean, Comfy Beds, friendly and helpful staff, very tasty, free breakfast with lots of choices, and the pool and hot tub area is wonderful!

DIRTY MUSTY A/C not work as put in 2 rooms with different issues. Also told don't do drivers rate ANYMORE location ok to get to for drivers not alot of parking the guest area out front looked clean didnt smell

After a long drive checking in with a line, owner was in mid sentence stopped taking to us to answer phone for a reservation. Finally get to the room my one uses the bathroom and no toilet paper. Had to argue with front desk for TP! There was a roll away bed in our room asked for sheets and was told it was housekeeping mistake but we will be charged for it. I brought it back to the front desk I didn’t want charges for a bed can’t get sheets for and charged for their mistake. He brought the bed back made and tried to tell a child to take it free of charge. While on the phone talking very poorly of us in Spanish, one the kids is Hispanic and was fluent in it. The room floor SMELLED OF URINE!!! A young kid got locked in the pool bathroom unable to get out. The next day I always ***** beds to be nice and the mattress pad was pee stained! The next day after we checked out loaded the car we realized we forgot a small child’s backpack with toys. Asked the house keeper to get it she smiled said “no I don’t think so” and walked away. Unless you like rude people and pee smelling rooms this is the place for you!

Rushed to check out (agreed to pay $10/hr late check out). Front desk called at 12:50pm to be informed that if I wasn't back by 1pm that I would be required to pay full stay charge. Front desk states my daughter could swim for a few min before pool closed but staff locked pool door so she couldnt get in.
