The pool room is not available. The air compressor is very loud. The hotel is very old, but the hotel because it is opposite the hockey arena.

Stopped by on our way traveling through town. The hotel is clean, good continental breakfast. Area is quiet. Price was very reasonable. But the staff were above & beyond, exceptional!! I don’t have their names, but thanks to the night shift check-in guy, dark hair & glasses. You were very courteous. And to the older gentleman the next morning serving breakfast & check-out. You were especially nice to us & our children, that means a lot! Guys like you are the definition of people who should be working with the public!!

The Hotel is was good and clean, about 40 minutes to Boston and 25 to Worcester. Rooms are average with nicely updated bathrooms. The restaurant leaves a LOT to be desired, buffets are sp**** and weird. The hot tub has been broken for a year, seriously? The beds are tiny, not even full size if you ask me. Pool was warm but the pool area was cold so it was uncomfortable. It's a good place to stay a night or two but not more than that. FYI, if 4 people check in there should be 4 bath towels in the room. They should also be given the same number of water bottles as cookies. Very cheap to give less water than cookies.

I recently (April 9th) spent one night at the Hampton Inn Boston/Marlborough. I have stayed there before. It is everything that you would expect from a Hampton Inn. It is conveniently located, is clean & well maintained, offers an standard but ample breakfast bar. So why is this a difficult review to write? On the morning that I was checking out -- but well before actual checkout time -- Housekeeping knocked on my door. They knocked DESPITE THE FACT that I had the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. To my way of thinking, this is inexcusable. I was awake & had been down to breakfast, but the housekeeper had no way of knowing that. I couldn't just as easily been sleeping in before checking out. I stopped at the front desk on my out to inform them (1) I will NEVER stay at this property again, and (2) I will NEVER recommend this property to anyone. In fairness, the young lady on duty was very apologetic & it isn't her fault. She said they'd address the issue ... which may help the next guest, but it certainly won't help me. Ever.

Our family stayed at SpringHill Suites North Devens Corner two weeks ago. Although we were in town for an athletic event at Progin Park we were NOT part of the Mass Soccer Association group staying at the hotel. I have no issues with this physical property-it is fairly new and well maintained. Outside of the hotel was clean and well kept. There were luggage trolleys available and working elevators to the three floors. The first floor included a medium size heated pool area and separate workout/fitness room. All equipment was in working order and the pool area was clean when we arrived. We also used the laundry facilities while we were there. All machines were working and only $1 a load. The laundry area did have a lot of debris and trash on the floor though. We arrived a little early and after a mix up with our room, we settled in. We were notified upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked. Which was a huge disappointment to be moved from our pre-booked room. We are rewards members and book using the app for this very reason, so we will never be bumped from a room-but we were. That issue was cleared up with the help of front desk staff. I found all the staff to be friendly and accommodating. There is an outdoor seating area and an indoor lobby seating area where the breakfast is held. The free complimentary breakfast was good with a variety of cold items, two types of fresh fruit and three hot items (breakfast sandwich, sausages and pre-cooked omelet bites). This area was clean and the staff was VERY attentive and kind. Pool met our needs and was heated and clean-no hot tub. The room we had was a suite and had two full size beds and an older style pull out couch. The room was clean, bathroom was a split and was clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. There was only one TV for the space. Kitchen area had a sink, microwave and mini fridge. All were clean with a small coffee maker. After checking in and getting settled we used the pool and went to our event and dinner. When we returned we saw a very different hotel. The hotel was in fact sold out and the lobby area was FILLED with parents from the Youth Soccer Organization event. They had taken over the lobby and breakfast area and were occupying every table. There were also excessive amounts of alcohol and drinking. In coolers, open containers, in bags on the floor, set up on the tables-pretty much everywhere. It was very apparent that these 50 or so people were intoxicated. Where are all their children you ask? Running wild in the hotel. We saw kids ranging from 3-15 trashing doors and hallways, spilling drinks on the floor and carpet, grinding food into rugs and on doors. While returning to our room I observed kids opening creamers in the free coffee area and pouring them on the floor and throwing them at doors. It was disgusting. I am appalled that a hotel would allow and encourage (by allowing them to occupy and drink in this public space) such behavior. I have stayed at Marriotts aroun

Good location, surrounded by shopping malls and supermarkets; the room type is good, equipped with a microwave oven. The service staff is warm and friendly! And provide a simple meal to heat up in the microwave. Breakfast is simple but feels nutritious. Will choose again next time!

The environment is average and the facilities are a bit old. I stayed here just for the convenience of catching a flight. There will be a sudden power outage after 12:30 in the evening. It is said that there are frequent power outages in that area.

We live in the area and checked in for one night while we were having some work done on our house. They let us check in at 9:00 AM and use the room all day with no extra charge. The room was very clean. At 3:00 PM, after we had been in the room for several hours, someone checked in next door and was having a very loud dance party. I called the Front Desk and Allie offered to (1) tell the folks next door to turn it down and (2) allowed us to move to a quieter room with no adjoining room (the dance party was in an adjoining room). There was no extra charge for the room stay or the move (altho we left a nice tip for housekeeping!) Three cheers for Allie at the Front Desk who was understanding and very accommodating and did ask the dance party to quiet down (they did!) We learned there was a high school girls soccer tournament in the area and there were teens booked in many area hotels. When we went downstairs to get the new room key, Allie was instructing one of the adult chaperones on the hotel rules, including quiet time at 10pm. We never heard any noise again and had a restful evening/night. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfy (on the firmer side, which we like). Would not hesitate to recommend!
