Huddersfield Central

It was a bit far from the station, and near to big road, which adds extra time to cross the street.

As usual, very comfy room and bed. I stay in a lot off Prem Inns. Evening meal was okay. Staff were very attentive but I cannot remember their names. Breakfast though! Such good fun with Philomena full of energy. The cooked breakfast was superb. One of the best I’ve had for a long time. Thank you Mario. Keep up the good work!!

Ideal location for visiting Huddersfield town centre and The John Smith's Stadium. Friendly, helpful staff both at reception and the restaurant. Food, though not cordon bleu, was perfectly acceptable both in the evening and at breakfast the following morning.

As far as premier inn’s go this is a really decent one The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated over two buildings next to the canal and a five minute walk to the town centre. My room was very peaceful and had air conditioning. They are in the process like many other premier inns of converting the adjacent pub over to the hotel (a good thing as most of these pubs offering was poor with horrendous service) but breakfast is still served there and just want to say the lady serving breakfast was fantastic

This was the worst experience for me and my family. The breakfast service was disorganized and frustrating, and the lady in charge was extremely rude and offensive. Despite having only a few guests and an assistant — a young man helping her — she still managed to create a shockingly chaotic environment. Her attitude toward foreign guests was particularly troubling. I also don’t understand why we had to individually order everything, even though breakfast was prepaid. Are guests not trusted? Are you afraid someone might eat too much or take extra food? The whole experience was unnecessarily stressful and poorly managed. We certainly will not be returning.
