整體來説還可以，距離步行街走路要20分鐘，春節不好打車。去亞鋒雞飯檔2公里左右，就在步行街附近，建議平時出行打車。房間的衞生間挺大的，跟其他地方的城市便捷基本一樣，服務態度還不錯

房間乾淨衞生，距離火車站兩百米左右、汽車站五百米左右，轉車週轉落腳好地方，樓層高，視覺效果非常好，能清楚明瞭看到化州的夜景，前台服務態度非常好，周邊吃飯也非常方便，酒店有自助早餐，菜品豐富好吃，出差人士首選，值得推薦

前台業務差效率低，不按到店順序辦理入住，一直插隊辦理方便自己工作的，經常等待半小時以上，續住和12點以後進房間重新刷卡手續拖沓，在客人實名下單的情況下，重複入住姓名並説沒有想關訊息，讓人長時間等待耽誤入住且優先後來者辦理手續，衞生不到位，洗漱用品沒有及時補齊。
