設施設備一般，客房服務好。價格平日還行，節日就很不友好，不適宜營商環境發展，稍有節氣日，就翻倍漲價，漲到跟設施設備根本不匹配，很受來花垣旅遊的人羣吐槽。

希望大家不要去上當受騙。這個賓館。老闆太黑了。説給我處理又不處理。現在扣了99塊錢。充了兩個小時電。並且充電寶是老闆放進去的。然後充電寶就不見了。打電話也不接。就是來坑這99塊錢的。希望大家以後注意點。不要去這個賓館。

衞生環境和服務都很一般，設施很老舊，花灑和排氣扇是壞的，衞生間地板積水，毛巾很舊，都起毛了還在使用，總之物非所值。
