建議:1.房間設施設備需要優化，淋浴花灑水太小了，洗頭洗澡非常不方便，洗完直接冷感冒，建議增加冷熱水標識更方便使用。
2.房間衞生也需要加強。
3.前台缺乏主動服務意識。
4.早餐品類太少了，量也少，8點左右去吃早餐原本很少的幾個菜品就光盤了。煮麪條衹有面，沒有可以煮在麪裏的蔬菜。
5.門口停車場很大自駕游出行很方便。

太不滿意了，房間什麼都沒有還收按金，退房很慢，價格還貴，毛巾都黑了，主要是蹲便器不知道老闆怎麼想的，這個價格還是蹲便，還高一台，而且去洗漱還把我踢倒了，還好沒有摔下去，不然還得找酒店賠償，主要這個價格還不帶早餐，體驗感太差了，不推薦，

一到酒店感覺停車場很寬敞，前台小姐姐也很好，因為沒有房間了，免費給升級了高級房型，客房衞生做的也很乾凈。酒店是自助早餐，品種多，口味好，環境好。下次過來還會選擇興鵬酒店，非常推薦！

酒店位置不錯 下高速就可以看到酒店招牌 ，停車場特別大 應該有200多個車位 還設的有10多個充電樁，電車出行再也不用擔心找不到地方充電了 特別方便 ，早餐也不錯，種類多 口味棒👍 性價比高 值得推薦

早餐不想外出吃，就買了早餐劵，20一張，然後惱火的很，什麼都沒有，大家全部都沒吃的，唯一一個煮麪條的地方衹有一個人，大家全是圍在那裡了。
