設施：很新，該有的都有
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：四合院很棒，前台大廳可以喝茶，老闆家自己大宅子改建，就在古鎮內 去哪兒都很方便，周邊吃得買的一應俱全。
服務：服務一流，老闆幫提行李，很客氣，開着電瓶車載我們去各個景點，有求必應 ，和我們介紹各種典故，親自下廚燒角角魚給我們吃，我們中午吃剩的臘肉，讓老闆加工一下重新做個菜，老闆很爽快答應，還給我們家了配菜重新炒了一下，真的是寶藏老闆呀，下次來還住你家

房間不錯 老闆人也很好 晚上十點多到的 街道上狗蠻多（本人怕狗） 導航位置沒導到民宿 司機也幫忙找了蠻久 後來老闆準備出來接了 結果我們找到了 民宿很好 很出片 到得太晚廚師下班了 老闆給我們做的角角魚 味道不錯 來的一定要嘗一下 我也是衝著這個魚非要定這個民宿的 一點沒失望 走的時候老闆開電瓶車送的 還説帶我們去轉轉沒轉到想去的地方 時間不趕的小夥伴可以多住幾天 民宿很乾凈 床品也很舒服 推薦！

老闆很熱情，房間還比較乾淨，有小車可以幫忙拿行李，店裡也有自己的飯館，吃住很方便，50米不到就是沈從文旅居地舊址

這家民宿位置很好，出門走倆步就是古鎮核心區域，民宿有自己的停車場，距離民宿不遠，停好車電話老闆老闆開電瓶車過來給我們拉到民宿、服務特別到位；
店裡老闆和姐姐特別熱情，介紹遊玩路線，美食，還給我們泡茶喝；
民宿很寬敞，房間也挺大的，衞生不錯，算是民宿裏很乾凈的了，房間有陽台朝向古街，坐着喝茶曬太陽很愜意；
也是因為在景區裏，下面就是街區，早晚會有些吵，陽台推拉門不夠密封隔音一般，下面人説話，過車聲音都挺大的，唯一的美中不足，估計景區裏都會這樣，不過帶了耳塞也還好；

前兩天的茶峒旅遊體驗一級棒
圖1是民宿的獨立陽台户外街景 民宿定的舒家大院 價格比普通招待所一樣的房間肯定貴一點 但是貴得很值得 硬件設施很不錯 乾淨現代化 但四合院的建築審美又是中式的 融合地很好
走一分鐘就到河邊 且早上以這家民宿為圓點 四面八方全是早餐店
老闆帶我們開着車車環城兜了一圈 告訴我們一些值得打卡的地方 並全程輔以地理歷史軍事知識講解 太專業了 老闆作為舒家本地五六代傳人所掌握的知識是普通導遊無法比擬的

超級滿意！五一來的，房間特別乾淨，床也很舒服，睡的很好。而且在這種古鎮裏面有智能馬桶，做到了乾濕分離，而且是四合院民宿，不是其他街邊那種普通樓房，而且地理位置就在景區中心，但又不是拉拉渡的最中心，沒有那麼吵！我們最後離開的時候老闆還騎電動車送我們出景區到我們停車的地方，路上還和我們嘮嗑，特別舒適，路上的遊客都超級羨慕我們的電動車！不管是節假日還是平時淡季，這裏都是邊城top1的選擇！
