酒店服務人員態度很好，房間也很乾凈的，床睡着非常舒服，住過這麼多酒店，整體來説這個酒店性價比還是很高的，前台的服務員工作態度好，早上的早餐也非常符合我的口味，比較乾淨衞生，包子都是看到她做出來的，喜歡吃，推薦入住。

第一次住這家酒店，性價比無敵了，客房服務員和前台態度都非常好，前台還免費給我們升級了房型，體驗感非常好，在華鎣來説這個價格的酒店算不錯了，房間也比較新，沒有異味，特別是早上的早餐，很好吃！種類也挺多的，雞蛋是現煎的，超好吃，豆漿也好喝😋推薦推薦

整體來説，新裝修，開業2年，但管理問題很多。
下午住進酒店，門開着，進屋一看，全屋潮濕。地板、床頭、門、鏡子等水淋淋，無法居住。酒店換了房間。裝修標準不高，質量堪憂。窗户關窗把手都是壞的，窗隔音效果不好。洗臉盆下水管漏水。馬桶蓋松，滑動。廁紙離馬桶距離遠，請酒店經理自己去如廁一下感受一下。酒店後面小區樓在施工，有噪音，估計還要1-2年才能完工吧。
早餐品種少，大路品種，能吃飽。盤子都是水淋淋的，好在到下午還沒肚子疼。沒有喝的東西，甚至水也沒有，葯都吃不了。餐廳座椅不像個酒店的標準，和農家樂有的一比。餐廳工作人員估計都不知道在酒店工作應該是有什麼標準，大大聲聊天，完全不顧客人的感受，還不時抱怨一下老闆的不是。不知道的以為在吵架。客人沒什麼聲音，全是工作人員的聲音。
給酒店管理人員、老闆建議：
1.酒店走廊兩頭的窗户應該緊閉，不然整個走廊非常潮濕，地毯估計很快就會有黴味了。
2.房間做完衞生後打開空調半小時除濕，不要打開門做所謂的通風，在走廊窗打開的情況下，房間一定是非常潮濕的。甚至被子都會潮濕。這樣的話，酒店就難以開下去了。
3.早餐廳要徹底改造一下了。設備、管理都要徹底整頓。不然對不起酒店二字，衹能叫農家樂。
