前台服務態度很差，像欠它錢似的
房間衞生差，兩個茶杯一個裡面有不明黃色污垢，另一個裡麪還有水，茶葉也是發黴垃圾茶
花灑很差，水到處射，水壓小，温度不好調節
房間連凳子都沒一個，坐的地方都沒有
早餐很差，衹有稀飯、饅頭、花捲，泡菜都沒有
整體體驗很差

房間很乾凈設施都齊全裏面風格也喜歡，拍照也出片。這種名宿風格在市中心還算比較少見裝修也很漂亮，青石板加鵝*石的長廊真是有點意思，房間名是用二十四節氣命名的更是獨特。交通也方便，酒店樓下就是地下停車場。早餐也挺好吃的，推薦推薦

太垃圾的環境和服務，名宿窗户外就是酒吧，一晚上吵鬧喧嘩，低音炮音樂震驚心臟，有心臟病的千萬不要入住這裏，其次名宿前台太態度惡劣，凌晨4點找到前台反饋提出要更換房間，沒給答覆，也不解決此問題，第二天名宿經理電話溝通時遇到這種情況讓我自己打110報警處理，酒店經理還打電話威脅住客説選擇他們酒店就應該知道這樣的情況，就應該有心理準備和接受！簡直無語…….名宿環境收取酒店的價格，兼職就是坑😡
