酒店地理位置不錯，在山頂上，景區大門近在咫尺。酒店前的廣場邊上，觀景坐椅一字排開，盡顯昔日盛況。但房間設施陳舊了，沖涼的花灑是壞的。馬桶墊上有污漬，應該是沒有清理過，更談不上消毒。服務員態度冷漠，酒店環境帶來的喜悦一下消失怠盡。

就在華鎣山景區門口，位置非常好，吃完早飯可以直接走路幾分鐘到景區門口。
早飯很一般，比較失望。景區門口有幾家吃飯的，相對性價比還可以。

房間也還可以，是這邊唯一一個四星酒店。怎麼説呢，節假日房價有點高，不用房卡插電，我們去的時候有電卡，可以一直用。酒店有早餐，不過不算好，建議早點去吃。酒店退房也可以寄存行李，去玩完再取行李都可以。門口的幾家吃的都不算好吃，可以自己帶點，超市有雨衣賣

首先我長期出差住酒店，從來不評價，這一次的體驗差到極限，先辦理入住沒有聲音，今天早上出現更加奇葩事，早餐卷我給了，非説我沒有給，老公解釋給了，就抓住説你沒有給，後面服務員去酒店吧枱問有沒有包含早餐，包含了，但是回來以後還是説我們沒有給，我現場就發火了，大早上的，實在太影響一天的心情，酒店能不能有管理層在現場監督服務，能不能員工培訓一下？還有酒店應該是有聲服務，感覺像啞巴式酒店。我説的這些酒店領導查監控，可以瞭解一下情況，不然太影響口碑，那麼好的環境，結果因為人破壞了整個印象分

酒店位置很好，就在華鎣山景區門口，拉開窗簾就能看到雪，酒店背後的山上掛滿冰柱，冰雪季住這個酒店一定要去背後看一眼。房間空調給力，唯一需要改進的就是浴室花灑是固定的，小孩子洗澡不方便。晚餐吃的酒店128的2-3人套餐，性價比很高。

酒店在景區內，介於第一道大門和第二道大門之間，位於雙槍***塑像旁邊。住在這裏，停車，還可充電。到景區完全可以步行。（乘坐景區電瓶車也只有 1.5 公里的車程）。我們入住的當天只有三家人。酒店設施該維修了，淋浴間的肥皂盒鬆動且位置不對。

酒店應該是華鎣山最高最大氣的酒店，從華鎣市到該酒店路程雖然有一些遠，但是沿途風景及周邊環境很巴適，景色非常之宜人，讓人心境一下就提高了一個台階，住在酒店內由窗户就能看見雙槍***的紅色正義宏偉的雕像，酒店的房間非常的乾淨整潔，枕頭、床墊等比自己家裡麪的還要舒服、柔軟太多，同時洗漱潔具樣樣齊全，不用自己再單獨準備隨帶了；酒店坐落的位置也很好在景區內，讓住宿在這裏的人晚上睡覺特別的安靜，一覺睡到自然醒，非常不錯的感覺哈！
