"Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice and comes with a big screen. Breakfast choices are limited but adequate. There are free transport services to and fro huashanbei train station and also to and fro huashan attraction that is really helpful for foreigners. You can call the hotel via trip.com free Internet call to arrange for transport. The staff also helped us buy the cable car and bus tickets to huashan and gave us free gloves. We had dinner there, and the food was delicious (I really loved the 2 dishes I posted). We are also very honoured to be invited to a pre-release sunset photo taking experience at their rooftop with a very huge glass panel that you can stand/sit on to take instagram worthy photos. I believe the free photo shoot will likely be available soon for hotel guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel."

"The bed in the standard room is relatively large at 1.35 meters. It is very suitable for living with two children. There is a robot for delivery in the evening. It is very smart. It is newly opened. It is clean and hygienic. It is also close to the Huashan Visitor Center. The best service is the pick-up and drop-off service. , including pick-up and drop-off from the visitor center, the experience is very good, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends next time."

"Absolutely fantastic location. If you are here for Huashan, this hotel is literally at the ticket office entrance which is also where you get the shuttle to the cable ways. Hotel room was very clean with great features including lovely bathroom and soft comfortable bed. We booked a room with a mountain view which I don’t think we really got (very high window that you really couldn’t look out of) but this was a minor inconvenience given the friendly reception staff checked us in 3 hours early that was very much appreciated. Views of mountains could be seen from other parts of the hotel - walkways and seated outdoor areas on the 3rd floor. The reception also let us leave our bags there on our last day while we went up the mountain. I would definitely stay here again."

"The guesthouse is located at the foot of Mount Hua. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The mattresses are very comfortable and relaxing. The owner is incredibly kind and the service far exceeded my expectations. They provide round-trip transportation from Huashan North Station, give us hiking gloves when we climb Mount Hua, and even get up at 5 a.m. to take us to the trailhead. After we came down the mountain, they picked us up and took us back to the guesthouse. It's the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at. They also have family rooms with tents and a rooftop swimming pool, making it perfect for families with babies. Highly recommended!!!"

"This is a very distinctive hotel, the room is very spacious, the decoration is very exquisite, the room type is very comfortable, the bed is soft and comfortable, very comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, praise, will come again next time! It is also very close to the scenic spot, it is very convenient to travel, the service staff are very warm, especially the hotel heating facilities are good, the room is floor heating, especially warm"

"The hotel is a short ride from Huashanbei Station—either take a Didi or hop on the free shuttle bus, which drops you about 100 meters from the entrance. The downstairs restaurant is decent and convenient after a long day. Wi-Fi was average and tended to drop out frequently. Also, our NZ/Australian wall plugs didn’t fit the electrical sockets here, which was surprising—this hadn’t been an issue at hotels in Shanghai, Beijing, Xi’an, or Chengdu. We had the executive suite which was nice, but it lacked a fridge.  Tip: Be adventurous and try the HelloRide e-scooters to explore the town! Just note that they’re restricted to the main township area."

"Highly recommend this inn to all the brothers who come to Huashan, their service is so good that I am amazed, this is definitely the best experience in my travel accommodation in years, no one! My friend and I felt their intimateness during this trip: before we arrived, the store saw us before 8 pm, and took the initiative to call, let us inform them half an hour before the high-speed rail arrived, so that we could send a car to pick up. After arriving, we found that the inn is an exquisite small villa with a quite good environment. The proprietress is very enthusiastic, the room has all kinds of smart devices and daily necessities, and the sheets and overall hygiene are very clean. More touching was their follow-up service. The next day they climbed the mountain and sent gloves of quite good quality. They took us to Huashan Visitor Center. When we told us that we were going to Huashan North Station that night and would not continue to live, they still offered to contact them after we went down the mountain, and they would come to the visitor center to pick us up and send it to Huashan North Station. The weather in Huashan was foggy that day, but I was very unhappy, but I thought that their service psychology was suddenly much better. I felt the enthusiasm and hospitality of the people of Shaanxi. I will stay at their home next time. 😃"

"The bed was wonderfully large and soft, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The projector screen offered a truly immersive cinematic experience, and the air conditioning was powerful. The bathroom and shower were spotlessly clean and very pleasant. The host was incredibly nice; though not overly chatty, their service was exceptionally thoughtful. They seamlessly arranged our transportation, including pick-up and drop-off. They provided a pair of black gloves for everyone – definitely grab yours! The mountain is incredibly steep, and these gloves are crucial for gripping the chains on the ascent and holding onto railings or rock faces when descending slowly. Make sure to bring the bottled water from your room; you'll need it to replenish your energy for the climb, or you might struggle. Even waiting for the cable car can be a long, stamina-testing affair, so pack some snacks and drinks. The West Peak cable car is incredibly long and offers truly spectacular views – it's an absolute must-try. The host's inviting phrase, 'Feel free to contact me anytime if you need anything,' truly made the guesthouse feel like a home away from home. It was fantastic. The guesthouse itself was very quiet, featuring a terrace perfect for enjoying the views and drying clothes (laundry detergent and washing machine were freely available for guests). It's also part of a guesthouse chain with plenty of rooms. The decor is excellent, with art hanging in the hallways and each floor featuring a distinct style. Mount Hua is incredibly beautiful and refreshing. The summit truly felt like a summer retreat, with strong winds acting as natural air conditioning. Climbing the West Peak was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely return. Personally, I found Mount Hua more captivating and worthwhile than the Terracotta Army. I also hope that tourism in Mount Hua continues to thrive and improve."

"Incredible hotel with exceptional services. Sparking cleaned with great amenities. The hotel is so big that one may get lost within it. Mr. Wang at the front desk was so kind that he offered to drive us around the hotel's ground in the hotel red cable car. The room itself is big. Breakfast had variety Chinese and Western foods. The Hotspring experience was amazing. Hotel location is isolated however, it's 5-6 minutes walkable to the Huashan Tourist Center and few restaurants are 6-10 minutes walk from the hotel."

"I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the B&B. The B&B is a very beautiful single-family villa, clean, tidy and comfortable. The room facilities are complete and very comfortable. The most important thing is that the B&B owner is very good. He provides pick-up and drop-off services at the high-speed rail station or train station and Huashan Tourist Service Center. It is very convenient to travel by car. It is also very close to Huashan Tourist Center. I will stay at his house next time I come here for hiking. It is very cost-effective. I didn’t take any photos because I arrived late at night. 😭 Overall, the trip was very pleasant 😄"
